Additional amenities include a utility room with washer and dryer, a ground floor shower room, and a separate toilet. Household linen, including tea towels and bath mats, is provided.

For your convenience, we offer end-of-stay cleaning for €65, as well as bed kits consisting of bed linens and towels: €30/bed for double beds and €25/bed for single beds. Pets are welcome.

Nearby activities include sailing and surfing in Locquirec (2km away), a pony club, numerous beaches, the coastal GR34 trail, fishing, boat trips, a golf course 30km away, and local markets throughout the week. From Plougasnou, you can embark on trips to Batz Island (dogs allowed) or to Taureau Castle.

Only 3 kilometers from Guimaëc, you'll quickly reach the village and its amenities (bakery, supermarket, butcher). The nearest town to the house is Lanmeur, where you'll find a supermarket with a gas station and a medical center (less than 10 minutes' drive from the house).
