Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing your feedback! I’m happy to hear the location worked well for your trip — being able to walk to so many restaurants and bars is definitely one of the perks of this spot. I understand the A/C noise caught you off guard. The building has an industrial, open-concept design, which gives the loft its modern character but can make the system a bit louder than a traditional unit. Some guests actually enjoy the white-noise effect, but I know it’s not everyone’s preference, and I appreciate you mentioning it. Future guests - we have sound machines if you would like one, please make a request :) As for the coffee maker, we intentionally keep the classic Mr. Coffee style since it’s simple, reliable, and guests consistently tell us they like how easy it is to use. That said, I’ll make sure we double-check that everything with it is working exactly as it should. We’re also taking a look at the WiFi and streaming setup to make sure everything is running smoothly. Thank you again for the thoughtful feedback — it truly helps us improve.
