This is a one-story house. The parking begins from front door and to the left of the property. On the right side of the property is a double gate which I use in order to access the back lot of the property.

Parking is free and fits up to 5 vehicles easily.

The house has a master bedroom with a bathroom and king bed. There is one room with a queen bed, and one room with two twin beds.

We can also provide a portable baby crib if necessary.

Each room has it's own Roku TV.

There is high speed internet and can connect to Hulu, Netflix and many other streaming services through Roku.

There is a Ring Doorbell at the entrance which can be used to contact me.

In the case of catching covid prior to your stay, we will refund the full amount being charged upon cancellation.

**There are a few rules I'd like to share with you:**
•Anyone aged 21 and younger need to be accompanied by an adult.

•If you break anything please let me know right away.

•Treat the home as if it were your own.

•You may use any of the appliances, utensils and plates, but please be mindful of leaving them as you found them.

•When leaving the home please be mindful to turn off all lights and always lock the door.

•There is a back patio with a hot tub and BBQ. Please if you smoke, do it in this area, never inside the house and no illegal substances is allowed in any area.

•If the BBQ is used please keep it as clean as possible after each use.

•It is very important that if the hot tub is used and the water gets very low, please shut it off and let me know so that I can resolve the issue in order to avoid issues with the
system.

•No parties allowed at the house.

**If these rules are not followed, an extra charge fee will be applied.**

Before leaving please:
•Check for personal belongings in all drawers and closet.
•If items need repairing, light bulbs out, etc., please let me know.
