House is very nice and updated. In general it lacked minor things suck as no body wash, to few towels especially upstairs. Can opener didn’t work (we purchased and donated). No oven mitts. Like i said very minor and supplied it Grass cutting came to come Saturday AM while we were siting out side. Mail was delivered and was picked up while we were out. Neighborhood has not caught up to the house just yet. Neighbors to the right were met and seemed very nice tho.

Make sure you are aware of the “additional guest” fee!

The house was very nice, no complaints there. My issue is the additional guest fee. One would assume that a 3 bedroom house that sleeps 6 would allow up to 6 people to stay for the price listed. Apparently “additional guests” means any more than 2 people. Ridiculous! Our family of 4 has 2 additional guests and they are our children. That makes no sense! We had to pay $50 extra per child. The whole purpose of renting a 3 bedroom house that sleeps 6 is to accommodate 4 of us comfortably. More than likely a house this size will have more than 2 guests. Why would you need the other rooms. My advice would be to only put 2 guests in the search so you are not charged this absolutely absurd fee. These kind of charges are just not right!
