Chalet in the heart of Anzère, close to the Spa, with 3 bedrooms and 1 open mezzanine

Superb chalet with 3 bedrooms and 1 open mezzanine ideally located, 100 metres from the pleasant pedestrian square of the village, its ski slope and its ski lifts which allow you to reach the gondolas on skis. Almost ski in ski out depending on the snow conditions!
A 3-minute walk away are
- the shuttle bus that goes to the gondolas
- baths, shops, restaurants and bars, etc.
- the bus.
In summer, enjoy many activities in the resort as well as in the surrounding area and, in winter, skiing in the sunny Anzère area (magic-pass member). During the ski season, there is a small village slope, toboggan run, ice rink and fun park open in the evening as well!

The accommodation, with direct access to the road, is arranged as follows:
- on the lower floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each with direct access to the south-facing garden as well as a large garage and a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities);
- on the ground floor: a kitchen with a dining room and a living room in which there is a usable Swedish stove, with access to a balcony and a covered terrace;
- on the upper floor, a bedroom with 3 mattresses on the floor and a small balcony as well as a mezzanine open to the living room functioning partly as a 4th bedroom (open) which can accommodate an 8th person (mattress on the floor).
The kitchen is very well equipped.
The accommodation has 2 more bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.

Anzère levies a tourist tax of CHF 5.50 per day per adult and CHF 2.75 per day and per child (6-16 years old) mentioned in the price of the accommodation but which must be paid directly to the owner (see details on the price).

From June 1st to October 31st, you will benefit, for each traveller, from the "Anzère Freedom Pass" entitling you to many activities and services offered or at reduced prices (free Anzère baths for 2 hours a day, 50% on the gondola, fun park gartuit, free tennis, summer shuttle for the Tseuzier dam, free bisses museum, 10% on the Anzère escape, discounts on Trottinherbe, Mountain Cart activities, etc.).

It is the tenant's responsibility to clear the snow from the car area in front of the garage in the event of heavy snow showers in winter (shovels and milling machine available).
