- Less than 1 mile to Popponesset (Poppy) Marketplace where there's live entertainment, restaurants and many fun shops and activities, fun times for the family. There are many walking/biking trials within the community.
- About 2 miles to South Cape Beach
- About 4 miles to Mashpee Commons: with a cinema, bowling alley, and many fine dining and shopping options
- Short ride to Island Queen Ferry in Falmouth for a daytrip to Martha's Vineyard. You can also catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket from Hyannis Harbor.

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. We loved spending time outside by the pool and watching golfers on the Adirondack chairs everyday. Mike and Kathan were very responsive and made the process easy.

Annual golf trip

We have Coming to new Seabury for 35 years. This home that we rented was by far the best accommodations we ever had. Kitchen was well stocked. Do you have to work facilities or as advertised. Hopefully we will rent there again next year

Wonderful vacation

Four Seasons was wonderful. We traveled with our daughter and her family. The house was perfect especially for little children. We were grateful to find a crib, pack and play, and highchair which made each day so much easier. The pool and patio area were all fenced in which allowed the family to relax worry free while the children played. Four Seasons was immaculate and well stocked with every kitchen item we needed. Highly recommend this vacation home!

Wonderful long weekend

The house was gorgeous both outside and inside upon our arrival. Everything was better than the pictures and descriptions. Lots of room for my family of ten. Sitting areas were so nice. Bedrooms were so comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing. Kitchen was great. The hosts had everything and more to cook and entertain. I mean everything. Outside areas were great. Pool was fabulous. Deck areas spacious. View of the tenth hole on golf course was beautiful, as well as entertaining, watching the golfers. Our hosts had everything covered. Easy communications with them. Excellent Property

We rented this property because my son was getting married at the Country Club and we wanted a house that we could all stay in. This was perfect. We had 6 adults and 3 children staying for the weekend. We had my grandson (6) on an inflatable bed. Mike was very prompt in answering my questions before we arrived and checked in via email to make sure we were all set. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We rented in the fall so the pool was not open, but that area looked like it had all you would need for a relaxing swim!! I highly recommend this property.

Great home

Great home to catch up w old friends. We had plenty of space for 10 people to sleep comfortably. The pool was fun and warmed/comfortable. We took a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard and the ferry was about 30 minutes from the house. I recommend this property for larger groups and would stay here again in the future.

We are the Pierce Family! My wife, Kathan, and I were thrilled to be able to purchase this private home at the beginning of 2021. We are born and raised in the Boston area and always grew up vacationing on old Cape Cod. We even got engaged on the Cape in 2011. We are now blessed to have four beautiful children (7, 5, 2 and 6 months) and certainly have plans to use this home with our family as well (the kids cannot wait to get into that pool!). As any parent know schedules are always hectic and we know we will not be able to use this home all the time so we plan to share the home with the others for certain weeks throughout the year.

Why they chose this property

This property has been named "The Fore Seasons" and was simply perfect for us. We searched all over Cape Cod for the right home that worked for our family. New Seabury is the hidden gem of Cape Cod that checked all the boxes for us: privacy, lots of space, beautiful views, nice pool area, central air, laundry, close to beaches, close to downtown areas, and a community we can grow with.
