SUN & SAND add to this fantastic 4000+ sq. ft. home on New Seabury's exclusive Triton Way sleeps 12. If you are having a family get together our Triton Way home is the perfect place.

While we are located just across the street from the ocean New England storms have washed away our beach but it is only a short drive to a wonderful one we use, South Cape Beach.

A circular drive with ample off street parking welcomes you. Step inside this one of a kind Yankee Barn Home with granite counters and a large kitchen island right off the 400 sq. ft great room. This is a gathering place to start or finish a wonderful day. Wide pine flooring and solid wood beams compliment the style and class of your vacation retreat which includes 3 fireplaces, two master suites with en suites, one on the first floor and one on the second floor, a formal dining room, office, WiFi and TV loft. Enjoy the morning sun or the afternoon shade in the new large sun room that overlooks the pool and back yard with expansive windows. Outside color abounds with extensive plantings.

Relax poolside on the large patio or swim and splash in the 20x40' gated heated in-ground pool. There is an outside hot water shower so you can wash up after a busy day of fun. A 1000 sq. ft deck goes to a back yard where you can play horseshoes, pick raspberries & herbs or relax under the 30-40' oak trees and shoot some basketballs. Ocean views outside and inside on all 3 floors.

Private Chef: We have been able to obtain the services of Chef Robert Smith to present fine food services to our guests. You can book directly with Robert and his wife Peggy have provided outstanding catering to clientele in the Caribbean, Boston, Nantucket and now Cape Cod. My wife and I have enjoyed his fine food for years. Let us know if we can assist you in setting up a lunch or dinner here at our home during your visit.

Chef & Provisioning service: Chef Robert Smith can be retained for cooking meals or providing a provisioning service where you can order staples for your week as well as some home made dinners prepared by Chef Robert Smith. He can have frozen meals of meat and fish as well as fresh made dinners for your weekend arrival. Feel free to request the contact information for retaining this service.

Family Cape trip

Another amazing stay!

Our 2nd year staying here and it’s awesome! Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a swim in the pool or finding a quiet room to read. Kitchen is big enough for a large group to prepare a meal and then there are multiple large tables to enjoy it. Thanks again George and Barbara for a great stay!!

Our family loved Vineyard View. Top of the list was the heated pool, followed by the well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Room to spread out and room to gather! It was perfect. Highly recommend!

Family vacation in Cape Cod

We had a wonderful time! George was very responsive and.we loved having Chef Robert Smith prepare our seafood dinner and packing us a picnic lunch! Nice walk to the Poppenesett marketplace and playing miniature golf. The views were amazing.

Great place for a 40th celebration!

What a great house to gather some close friends to celebrate a birthday. The house is clean and well stocked. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large party comfortably, and a fabulous outdoor space! It is close to beaches, shops and restaurants.

Family of bride stayed here and it was once again a great experience!! House is always clean and so much room for everyone to do whatever they want. Only issue we had was that microwave didn’t work but that was no one’s fault. We are planning to go back in summer of 2025!

Great house for a group

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Everything as advertised. Indoor and outdoor space gave us lots of options. Beach was an easy drive away. Grocery store was an easy drive away. Chef Robert did two meals for us and Peggy did our shopping. Made for a great week on the cape. Thank you!

Well kept home with all amenities and pool

George was a gracious host - Home well kept and great for families wifi in home was adequate but service at location was very spotty - but perfect place to disconnect. Home is close to Ocean yet not on Ocean - local beaches are near by. All linens and beach chairs along with pool toys and floats are there for guests. 5 stars for us

Just what we needed!

George and Barbara offered up a wonderful home for our family vacation of 11 people (3 generations - 81 to 14). It is exactly how it is presented in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our large family dinners. The pool is AMAZING and the location is great. George is very responsive to questions. Great stay, amazing setup and location.

We loved staying at this home on Triton way. The house was very clean and the setup was incredible. The kids loved it and there was plenty of room in wonderful spaces for everyone. Beach access was a little harder than expected as you had to walk to private beaches or pay to park. But the pool made up for it and we loved it. Planning to return next year. George is a great host and was very responsive.

Triton Way

Absolutely wonderful time with my family of 7 adults and 4 young children. George’s home is a beautiful property with every amenity.. we had a great time enjoying the pool, the beach and the games and activities available on the grounds. We took George’s recommendation and had private chef Robert Smith come and prepare a fantastic dinner for us all. In short, we had a great vacation at this beautiful property.
