Industrial style decor for this comfortable gîte 5 minutes from Le Mans, its 24-hour circuit and its old town.

It is made up of two bedrooms for two people (one bedroom with a 160 bed and one bedroom with a 140 bed), a shower room/toilet and a kitchen area with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, crockery set, table and chairs.

The cottage has direct access to the garden. It also has a small terrace and garden furniture.
