Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 
Amenity Fees: $170.00 covers 6 facility & 2 parking passes. Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The mattresses were not great. I actually ended up sleeping on the couch because the mattress in the 3rd bedroom was so uncomfortable. Everything else was very nice

Second stay at Sunset Island condos

We stayed at a different Condo 2 years ago and liked the Sunset Island community, so we decided to return this year. My first complaint is that the listing has the address 37 Fountain Drive East which doesn't exist. The build address is 37 Fountain Drive West. I didn't search for the actual build before mapping the destination and ended up a bit frustrated when trying to locate the condo upon arrival. Second issue was that the refrigerator wasn't keeping thing cold. Luckly my son-in-law is a refrigeration guy and was able to get the unit working. The refrig is an older unit and should be replaced. Last feedback is that the floor in the kitchen was not cleaned very well. They were slightly wet when we arrived, but when my wife wiped up a wet spot on the floor, the paper towel was dirty. This wasn't a big deal for me, but she wants a clear place in order to feel comfortable (no bare feet for her). Overall, the place was good enough, but I'll look for another unit for our next stay.

Overall experience was good. However, jacuzzi tub did not work, no place to store food as pantry was locked. Screen door had some damage. One Mattress did not have cover but was quickly provided.
