Sunset Cove 10 is a bayside townhouse. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome has a furnished balcony overlooking the picturesque Assawoman Bay. Bring or rent a boat and dock it right on your own personal pier. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!
The living room is furnished with a comfortable, leather couch, a matching love seat, a muted red arm chair, and a Smart TV. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Bridging the gap between the living room and the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with granite counters and a small island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The dining area is located in an alcove, providing a cozy environment for family meals. Upstairs, you'll find most of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, three chairs, a fireplace, a television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV, and balcony access. The third bedroom has a queen-size adjustable bed, a Smart TV, and balcony access. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. On the bottom floor, you'll find the final bedroom and bathroom.
