Great location & space for groups!

This vrbo is very close to downtown Nashville! We hosted a bachelorette party here and were happy with the space! Grace & Michael were very responsive and helpful hosts as well!

Convenient location

House was as stated - bunk beds a bit shaky and tough to get up into. Location was great - was walking distance to the stadium like we wanted. House not as “clean” as we normally expect, floors were dirty, need to be washed. Overall okay worked for what we needed for our group.

Nashville diamond

Amazing house, located very close to downtown and many other places. Communication with the owner was always fast and every instruction was always clear. They made sure the house was clean and ready to go even hours before check in so we could get there earlier if needed. Overall the house was very nice, looked exactly like the pictures, and was very private and safe.

Good location for getting downtown to all places

Overall the stay was good. Looked like there was a problem with the garbage pick up at the house because trash can out back was full when we arrived and the garbage was skipped when all the other houses were picked up. Everything else was fine

Good proximity to downtown

Home was solid! Great proximity to downtown, host was pretty responsive. Upstairs shower current had a good amount of mold and drain wouldn’t drain. Easy fixes. Other than that the house was perfect.

The apartment was set up nice. The hosts had necessary supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. They were very quick to respond. The beds were very comfortable. We did not get to enjoy the fire pit area. The neighbor in back of the apartment was nice. There was some loud music being played in the area during the night. Some places in the area caught us off guard. Sufficient for our stay in Nashville.

This house was very cute & close to downtown!

Very cute mid-century modern home about 5-8 minutes from downtown! We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, had most of the amenities we needed, and lots of areas to get ready for our nights on the town! It unfortunately wasn’t as clean as we had hoped (cobwebs, dust, hair in the shower, etc) and we were a bit concerned about one of the ceiling fans in the smaller guest room falling, but overall- not a bad house! The hosts were very kind and communicative & we greatly appreciated them letting us stay!
