Cool little place. Outside backyard could use some tenderloving care but it rained anyway. Besides the hornets Outside and smoke alarm needing batteries. The host took care of both issues. Great spot for downtown Nashville.

The house was clean and neighborhood quiet. We had a hard time accessing the television and the recorder player. My husband nor I could not figure out how to turn on the upstairs shower. Leaving some instructions might be helpful for the television, record player and shower. There are portable air conditioners in each room. This was nice, it kept the rooms nice and cool during our stay.

Everything was great, except for the AC unit being broken upstairs. The house was clean and spacious, and well decorated. I would recommend updating the towels, and the main floor bathroom soap dispenser was really watered down, which made it feel like we weren’t really washing our hands well. We enjoyed our stay, and are very appreciative of the hosts for being so generous and gracious!

The property was really nice, just a little dated. The bathrooms needed some grout work. The living room was really crowded with a grand piano taking up 1/3 of the room. Luckily there was only 3 of us, so it worked okay.
