Great place to relax with family or friends after spending time exploring Nashville. We are close to the excitement on Broadway, Nascar track, Soccer Stadium, Zoo or Adventure Center. We're centrally located in the Woodbine neighborhood near the city's main highways, it's a 10 minute drive to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Vanderbilt or Belmont, the Gulch, BNA airport and Opry Land. You will find the distance to your favorite places are a reasonable distance from us. Broadway/Nissan Stadium is 4.5 mi. Nashville Soccer Stadium - 2.5 mi Nashville Super Speedway - 18 mi. Decorated with a blend of rustic and midcentury modern furnishings, it's the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces.
The comfortable and sunny front room opens into our fully windowed sunroom. Enjoy the bar as you view our private backyard or take your drink out onto the southern style covered back deck, enjoy the overhead fan while you play a game of darts or corn hole with your friends. A well-appointed kitchen provides all the necessary tools needed for preparing delicious meals.
We offer a choice of four rooms to sleep. Our spacious and sunny King Bedroom is directly across from the main bathroom that includes a bathtub & shower. Within the King Bedroom is a compact room that's perfect for the kids that we call "The Pod". It's a private 8x10 ft. room with a single bed and window overlooking the backyard. This comfortable room was a walk-in closet in it's previous life but is now a cozy sleeping area with a twin bed with memory foam mattress, cedar lined cubicles for items, a luggage rack and a ceiling fan. The King and Middle Bedroom include firm memory foam mattresses. The cozy Fireplace Bedroom has a comfortable firm spring mattress and a private bathroom with walk in shower and laundry facilities.
The private Backyard features covered and open patio, with a dart board, croquet, yard dice corn hole, frisbee, soccer ball and a Weber Charcoal Grill. We offer both a covered and uncovered deck with eating area and plenty of seating. You will find we have all your favorite kitchen appliances: Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, food processor, food chopper, stick blender, blender, toaster, and crock pot. We provide complimentary coffee/tea, high-speed (1500 mbps) wireless internet, sound machines in each bedroom. We provide linens, blankets, bath towels/bathroom amenities, hairdryer and curling iron (shampoo/conditioner/soap & lotion).
We have security camera's monitoring front of house and entrances to the back yard gates, motion lights near front entrance near garage and the backyard. We've programmed smart lighting on the front porch, living room & sunroom so you have lights on when you return from your fun night out.
We provide TVs in all bedrooms and the Front Room (cable tv with 150+ stations & Firestick) and Fireplace (Smart TV) and King Bedrooms (Firestick) Middle Room (Firestick)--All TV's include access to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+ for your entertainment. We think you will like staying here as much as we do when we're at home.
