About this property

SHORES OF PANAMA- 3RD FLOOR! Perfect for a couple plus two kids in the bunkroom.

NOTE: The minimum rental age is 25. This is a fabulous resort, and this unit is in the perfect location within the property! Your 25-foot balcony overhangs the largest pool in NW Florida, with the white sandy beach in the background. Kids love the separate bunk room with an attached bathroom. This unit stays booked solidly, so if you see an opening, you will want to grab it!

June and July require 7-night stays with Saturday check-ins and check-outs.

In-unit washer and dryer as well!


Check-in time is 4 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS UNIT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. IT WILL ACCOMMODATE 2 ADULTS IN THE PRIMARY WITH 2 KIDS IN THE BUNK ROOM. You will be asked to text the owner a picture of your driver's license one week before arrival to receive a convenient door access code on your smartphone.

We absolutely love staying at Shores of Panama. The room was very clean, great communication with the owner and everything was easy to access. The room is not far from the elevators or parking garage and had its own assigned spot that the owner was gracious enough to tell us where it was instead of having to hunt for it. There is one bedroom and a tiny room that fits a bunk bed. Perfect size for two adults and 2 kids or younger teenagers. Would definitely stay again.

Place is very clean, Rick is a great host to work with, all details were spot on and exceeded expectations. Building is under construction so they start banging scaffolding around 7:30am which made the morning coffee on the balcony a little less peaceful. View of the beach is fabulous, the pool is huge. Excellent property and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful view from our 3rd floor condo. The condo overlooked the pool and hot tub areas and you had a straight view of the gulf. Overall wonderful place to stay!!! The pool is one of the very best weve seen! Large and private. Fairly walkable, but a pretty busy street so it was easier to drive places, great parking on the same floor as the condo in your own private spot. You cant go wrong with this place!

The condo was beautiful and clean. King bed was very comfortable. The owner answered all questions promptly. Parking was very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped. The ice maker does not work in fridge. One of my must haves for me was in the pictures but was not there, which was a patio table & 4 chairs on the balcony. The pool looked amazing but was only 60 degrees. So we could only look at it and not enjoy it the end of March. The indoor pool was in need of an update but heated. The condo is in the center of everything. Which is great for spring breakers but not families who want some peace and quiet. It was rather loud with rowdy teens yelling from balconies and playing loud music at the pool & on the beach. The condo has 3 beach chairs but not for seniors they are low to the ground. Chair rentals were 40 for 2 loungers.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay! It really is as clean and comfy as it looks. The pool was perfect. The beach goers were all nice and friendly. Full size coffee maker and a nicely placed porch to relax on each morning, while overlooking the ocean! We had a great time and would love to stay again!
