Bel appartement Agence sur place qui ne sert pas à grand chose Les draps et serviettes même pas approvisionnés sur place ( obligés de les récupérer à l'agence même si vous êtes chargés) Aucun état des lieux au début et à la fin Le ménage très approximatif ( on a pas la même notion de propreté)

Le jour de notre arrivée la clé de l'appartement casse dans la serrure on nous la facture .... Impossible d'avoir le gaz sur notre gazinière le personnel ne connait pas les logements mis en location après moulte démarches nous sommes dépannés. Il manque une fiche d'instructions, une fiche d'inventaire dans l'appartement. Pas de tire bouchon. Un seul trousseau de clés. Après notre départ l'agence nous a appelés pour réclamer avec insistance le 2ème jeu que nous n'avions jamais eu

Tolle Aussicht u. zentrumsnah

Gut geschnittene Wohnung in der obersten Etage. Sehr schöne Sicht vom großen Balkon auf das Meer. Allerdings müsste so einiges renoviert und ersetzt werden. So gibt es für die Personenanzahl nur EIN Weinglas, Farbe blättert von den Wänden ab etc. - sehr schade.

Bel appartement mais ne reviendrons pas.

Très difficiles cas l'absence d'ascenseur rend le séjour désagréable. De plus l'accès à la baignoire est difficile, pour des personnes petites ou ayants des difficultés aux jambes. Cela devrais êtres précisé lors de la réservation.

Les positifs : la vue, le calme (centre ville à 15 min à pied) et la grande terrasse Les négatifs : Porte d'immeuble impossible à ouvrir ! Store chambre enfant = danger ! Il se referme tout seul et la tringle (en fer) se met à tourner sur elle-même! Pas d'ascenseur Pas de hotte dans la cuisine - couverts manquants (couteaux à viande par ex) et verres à renouveler (fendus/cassés). Lave vaisselle en fin de vie. Chauffe-eau qui fuit dans un seau à vider de temps en temps(+bruit du goutte à goutte) Manque chaise longue/transat pour profiter de la terrasse.

So stellt man sich einen Traumurlaub vor!

Sie finden hier eine fantastische, großzügige, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung vor, die wunderbar ruhig gelegen ist mit fantastischer Aussicht über die Bucht, das Meer und im Vordergrund viel grüne mediterane Vegetation. Wir wollten diesen Ort gar nicht verlassen!
