Vacation lake house right on Conesus Lake. On quiet dead end street. Dock and walk right in water access in the summer. Gas fireplace for the winter. Has three bedrooms and two full baths, including a bath tub. Can sleep ten total people with a pull out couch in living room. Patio off the house overlooking the water. Grill and outdoor fire pit available for use. Parking for three cars available in driveway. North Point park right across the street and only a short drive to Letchworth or Stony Brook State Park.

The place was great! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the single-level house. One member of our party is mostly wheelchair bound but she was able to step into the house and the wheelchair fit through the necessary room/bathroom doors. Another member is elderly and she was able to get around with ease. The neighbors were friendly and we loved how a park was so close. Planning on returning in the future.

The new umbrella over the patio was nice. The kids and the adults enjoyed the floatable mat and water toys.. Our boat wasn't working but we caught a nice northern pike off the dock . Thanks for helping us make memories.

Amazing Conesus Lake Fall Trip

Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend, Amanda was great and made the whole process simple. The house was beautiful and more then enough space for 5 adults! Would recommend to anyone visiting this lake.

Great Stay by the Water

This house was an excellent place for a weekend getaway with friends. The house had lots of space for 4 adults and plenty left over. It is in a great, quiet spot right on the water and just a few minutes' drive from Geneseo and Lakeville. Would definitely stay again in the future!
