Vacation lake house right on Conesus Lake. On quiet dead end street. Dock and walk right in water access in the summer. Gas fireplace for the winter. Has three bedrooms and two full baths, including a bath tub. Can sleep ten total people with a pull out couch in living room. Patio off the house overlooking the water. Grill and outdoor fire pit available for use. Parking for three cars available in driveway. North Point park right across the street and only a short drive to Letchworth or Stony Brook State Park.

Wonderful Cottage

Everyone in our family group of 10 enjoyed our week at the cottage. The beds were comfortable, two bathrooms clean with hot showers. Living-room/Kitchen provided great space and a wonderful view of the lake. Good bass fishing with our boat. The grand-kids enjoyed swimming and playing on the water raft.

Great Getaway

The cottage was very clean and comfortable for us. It was very well stocked. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. We had a few questions and found that Angela responded very quickly. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property was excellent. I had a few questions (about the operation of the TV) and had no contact phone # for the owners. The cottage was great - much better than the on-line pictures conveyed. Would certainly rent again.

Amazing. Clean and well stocked

The property is just as described. Check in was easy. The binder with information about the house was super helpful. We celebrated Easter with my near by SUNY Geneseo student. It was a great memory.

Relaxation at its finest

Our stay was so enjoyable and relaxing. Walk outside to the beautiful lake just footsteps away. We kayaked daily and enjoyed every moment of it.! Amanda was attentive and answered all of our questions. She was extremely nice and helpful. Her husband Chris was equally kind. Our space was exactly as described and the beds offered much comfort. We would definitely stay here again if they would have us. It was peaceful, beautiful and so relaxing. Thanks Amanda and Chris for sharing this little slice of paradise with us!

Beautiful Lakefront Home on Conesus Lake

This was a beautiful home situated directly on Conesus lake. Walk out the front door 20 feet directly into the water. Our boys love fishing, and the dock on this home did not disappoint. They caught more than 20 fish in 3 days from the dock, including a couple 12"-14" catfish and couple 14" large mouth bass, as well as a ton of perch and bluegill. Our family with 2 adults and 2 boys (9 and 12) stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms both with tub/shower combos. Plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked, and the family room was lovely with high ceilings. The home itself looks very new and is very clean. The house is equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need inside and out, from water toys, to additional patio seats and cushions, a gas grill, etc. We rented a boat for one day and the dock was absolutely perfect to tie up to for a quick lunch. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, but the owner was easy to contact and got a repair man out very quickly to solve the problem and we never had an issue afterward. I hesitate to even mention the issue, but wanted to highlight how reachable and helpful the owner was to get the issue resolved. That is something you don't see in all rentals and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely stay at this home again. The lake is beautiful, property is very comfortable, and the fishing is amazing!

The place was great! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the single-level house. One member of our party is mostly wheelchair bound but she was able to step into the house and the wheelchair fit through the necessary room/bathroom doors. Another member is elderly and she was able to get around with ease. The neighbors were friendly and we loved how a park was so close. Planning on returning in the future.

The new umbrella over the patio was nice. The kids and the adults enjoyed the floatable mat and water toys.. Our boat wasn't working but we caught a nice northern pike off the dock . Thanks for helping us make memories.

Amazing Conesus Lake Fall Trip

Perfect Escape

Everything was exactly as described and also very clean. We enjoyed the single floor plan. It was especially nice to have the lake right outside our doors. My parents appreciated not having to climb any stairs while viewing the lake. I can’t say enough about Amanda. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! She responds to all questions immediately It is our hope to come back next year if she’ll have us. This is the perfect little escape!
