About this property

Great villa on a gated resort, sleeps up to 8 guests and has a private pool and spa which can be heated in the cooler months for a fee. The pool area is not overlooked at the back and there is a gas BBQ grill for outdoor dining. There is a games room with table tennis and foosball. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and there is a work area with chair, desk and free wifi.
Located in the Championsgate area where there a good choice of stores and restaurants. Disney is only a 15 minute drive and Universal would take 30 minutes.

Back to school trip

A last minute get awayawith family before sending one off to college, one back to Highschool, and one into the workforce. House was great. Was able to get in early, which is always nice. Furnishings were nice and there was plenty of seating for everyone. Pool was great. As far as communication. We couldn’t have asked for a more attentive owner/manager. Found a hole in the wall that previous family hid with the recliner and let them know and outside trash can left full. They were thankful and responded very quickly to everything. Sent someone to empty can which anyone who stays in rentals knows you will need an empty can at the beginning of your stay or your in for a long week. Will definitely stay again.
