Enjoy an elegant, centrally located apartment that has been completely renovated with an eco-friendly approach. Located right in the heart of DOMPIERRE SUR MER, 10 minutes from city centre La Rochelle. Close to all shops, markets on Thursday afternoons and Sunday mornings, a butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, and more—all just 150 metres away. Linens included. Breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, local fruit juice, and seasonal and local fruits) is included with your first night’s stay. Enjoy the 50 m² private patio, which faces south and offers unobstructed views. The patio was designed with sustainability in mind; no pesticides or other chemicals have been used here for over 15 years. The patio offers a sense of well-being and tranquility; it’s filled with flowers, and depending on the season, you can harvest your own tomatoes, cucumbers, blackberries, mint, and more—all completely organic—making it the perfect place to recharge. Separate entrance.

Dompierre is a small, very quiet town, yet it offers access to all amenities and services. It’s located along the LA VELODYSEE route.
