Located on prestigious Las Olas Blvd , Heated Pool, large Grill , 65 ++ Feet dock . Walking distance to the beach, Restaurants and Shops . All Utilities included to a montly average limit .
PLEASE NOTICE there is a $3.000 Security Deposit to be paid to owner before Check in . It has nothing to do with VRBO and they Won’t handle this SecurityDeposit. House keeping is required on all 2 + weeks rentals as extra expense. Also renters have to provide Picture ID of all persons staying .
During your Stay HOUSEKEEPING can be arranged at extra charge. It’s a great service that makes your stay more enjoyable. No last minute guest ms allowed. Everyone in the reservation must be registered , full names and Id picture .
