What makes this property unique
Dead end street , 4 doors from intra coastal , 1.2 miles from beach , very close to all amenities , bikes provided , private garage , heated pool , shaded tiki hut , large back yard ,fully equipped kitchen , luxurious furnishings ( all brand new in 05/2021) , tv with Netflix and cable included in every room including outside , new barbecue with utensils , fully fenced backyard , porcelain floors throughout , rain shower head and wand in shower ( master ), huge master closets , walk out to garden from master French door
