Beautiful, scenic yurt in quiet privacy near Yellowstone National Park.

Experience circular space in a 24' yurt with skylight dome, deck, and private yard with BarBQ. Brilliant night stars (when mother nature allows). About 25 minutes (12 miles) from the north entrance to Yellowstone and many other area attractions. Located 4 miles up a county maintained gravel road. The yurt sits on our beautiful 9 acre mountain side property down the road from our primary family residence.
Feel a connection to nature with unique mountain views. There is no cell service on the property.

The Yurt delivered on all expectations. Accurately pictured great drive up, very secluded. The bed was beyond comfortable. The shower was awesome and we were lucky enough to see the stars every night!!

Spectacular!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, well equipped Yurt in Gardiner, Montana! Surrounded by stunning Mountain scenery, and just minutes from Yellowstone. It was the perfect getaway the yurt had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay, and the Kramer family were excellent hosts, warm, welcoming, and attentive. we can’t wait to go back!

All around excellent stay

This property was exactly as described. Very clean. Easy check-in and -out process. The owner responded to questions quickly. The long dirt/gravel road to the property was easy to drive as long as you go relatively slowly, and we enjoyed driving along the creek. It was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again.

We were hesitant to stay at a yurt but wanted a new experience. This yurt was perfect, as it was a bit more "glamping" than what a typical yurt might be. Best of all it was clean, very pretty, and had everything we needed from lots of towels to dishes, glassware and full coffee set-up; mini-fridge, cooktop, toaster. AND the location was great. Just out of Yellowstone, up a bit of rugged terrain where we saw a bear and a mountain goat on two separate occasions. Quiet, peaceful. HIGHLY recommend. The owners were communicative by messages and there was actually no need because everything was set-up right and check-in and checkout very easy.

Beautiful & Unique Stay

Our stay at the yurt was wonderful. It was cozy and provided a close enough stay from Yellowstone Park but still felt secluded and away from the crowds. Immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Cosy, Remote and Quaint

We just loved our stay in the yurt! The 5-10 minute section of unpaved roads along the way is gorgeous, feels like driving between two mountains along a lovely running creek that we had to get out and take pictures with. The yurt itself was surprisingly spacious (and in remarkably good condition) with lots of amenities, we found ourselves not needing or wanting for anything. The whole atmosphere is just right, remote and cosy and comfortable. Couldn't ask for better hosts either, so kind and accommodating. Check out the hot springs down the road as well! If we ever go back to Gardiner I wouldn't look anywhwre else.

Quiet Escape

This property was absolutely wonderful! It’s in a secluded area with the creek nearby so it is lovely to sit outside and have breakfast. A fantastic spot to decompress from a day of activity at Yellowstone. I felt very at home and always felt safe even as a single female traveler. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Beautiful Mountain Yurt

Loved this place! Absolutely beautiful! Very clean, cute and comfortable! Saw elk right behind our yurt! Great for visiting Yellowstone! The bed was very comfortable and all the furnishings really nice! Would recommend and stay here again!!!

Amazing mountain experience

The owners were extremely accommodating throughout the whole stay. Complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. The description is extremely accurate and was a very cool and unique experience when visiting Yellowstone. They even provided a space heater when we couldn’t figure out the mounted wall unit.

Glamping at its finest

If you like the idea of roughing it and being off the grid... without actually roughing it or being off the grid, this is the place for you! Tucked in a remote corner on a remote mountain in Montana, the yurt has everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. Less than half an hour from the north entrance to Yellowstone, it's the perfect place to stay after a long day of enjoying all that Yellowstone has to offer. Why risk the elements and wildlife camping, or pay top dollar for a run-down motel in one of the entrance villages, when you could enjoy rustic luxury on a beautiful mountainside?

Great Yurt

This Yurt is just perfect. So clean, it felt brand new. It was the best sleep we got on a long vacation. We spent 3 nights. The only "negative" is that the pictures dont reflect the entire property. It isn't as private as we thought as the owners home is just feet away and cars coming and going sound like they are coming right in the yurt. However, I would still strongly recommend this property. We got used to it and there is a lovely private area on the side. The 4 mile drive to the yurt adds to the charm.

Happy Yurt

We really weren’t sure about what to expect but the description and pictures peaked our interest for something new to try. We are so happy we did! This property was one of the best stays in our month long trip. The drive in to the property the 1st time was interesting but added to the adventure, We loved the location. Once inside the yurt we were so pleased, everything was so clean and well thought out. Every comfort was thought out and taken into consideration. We met Mary and she was such a pleasure to talk to, also met her son who was just as pleasant. It just so happened that we ran into them. We really wished we could have stayed another day or 2. We would definitely stay here again. If you want to try something new but still need all the comforts of home give this property a stay!

Idyllic Remote Getaway

Driving to the yurt for the first time was a bit unnerving (narrow, gravel, twisty mountain road) but once we arrived, we were totally smitten! The yurt is comfortable, very clean, and has all the amenities we needed for a quiet retreat on our vacation. The structure is impressive, with plenty of room to unwind in a tempurature controlled space complete with Wi-Fi, luggage racks, extra blankets, and a large smart TV. The bathroom is surprisingly large considering the overall square footage, and our only suggestion would be a different style showerhead - there was noplace to escape the downpour from the rain shower head in the smallish standup shower. The bath rugs and towels are plush and they provide a nice selection of soaps & shampoo. The bed is comfortable and the couch is a sleeper, which was a nice surprise. The small kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of coffee-pods to select from. The outdoor spacde is just as welcoming with clean chairs on the lawn and a cute bistro set on the front deck. Overall a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend!
