Your house and its relaxation area are entirely reserved for you during your stay.<br> However, you may occasionally encounter other guests in the walkways or certain outdoor areas of the estate.<br> We also live on-site to welcome you, maintain the property, and ensure everything runs smoothly, while remaining as discreet as possible to preserve your peace and quiet. <br>ℹ️ Important Information" <br> 👥 Maximum capacity: 12 people <br> 🚫 Guests not included in the reservation are not permitted to enter the property or participate in activities at the house.<br> ❄️ Partial air conditioning: Air conditioning is installed on the mezzanine (fixed split system) as well as in two bedrooms (portable air conditioners).
