In addition to the very green location, you have a very good train connection in all directions from here. In just 5 minutes you can reach the Elbe and in about 7 minutes you are at Schillerplatz. There you will find numerous restaurants, pharmacies, doctors and various shops.
Use great and newly designed outdoor terrace with direct forest park access. You can also grill here. Small garden shed for your bicycles.
