About this property

Holidays with the winegrower - bright 65m² apartment below the Pillnitz vineyards

The apartment is located in a lovingly renovated old farmhouse (built in 1859) in one of the most attractive areas of Dresden, in the Pillnitz district, in a quiet residential street near the Saxon Wine Road.
Pillnitz Castle, the associated park with the orangery, the palm house and the famous camellia as well as the Pillnitz Royal Vineyard of the Pillnitz wine-growing community, in which I have around 1200 vines, are very close and within sight. Direct contact to me as a winemaker is of course possible. Just have a look at the second photo called "the gate to happiness".
The inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom and the wonderful bathroom are located on a spacious 65 m². The floor is completely tiled with Italian 'hand-made tiles'.
The living area has a comfortable couch corner, a separate dining area and then a spacious and sunny 7m² balcony with a great view of the surrounding area and the vineyards.
In the bathroom with window there is a corner bathtub to enjoy and relax, a sep. Shower, sink, toilet and also a washing machine.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double and single bed (pull-out if necessary), bedside tables and a beautiful old mirrored wardrobe made of oak.
The rustic exposed beams are an eye-catcher in the apartment.
By car you are in the city center of Dresden in 20 minutes. You also need only 20 minutes by car to get to the heart of Saxon Switzerland.
A bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk away.
As a special highlight of your stay in Pillnitz and for your well-being, I can offer you various wellness and health therapies at special prices in cooperation with the certified hypnosis coach, Ms. Hesse.
These include the energetic Lomi Lomi massage, quantum healing including energetic back straightening and hypnosis therapy.
Especially for horse owners and horse lovers: about 4 minutes walk from the apartment is the Pillnitz horse farm 'Alte Schäferei'. There you can indulge in your hobby and if you don't want to do without your own horse during your vacation, there are also pension boxes for rent.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit.Von der Wohnung aus kann man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.Wir würden hier gerne wieder Urlaub machen.

Meinung

Meiner Frau hat der Urlaub gut getan und ich fand ihn auch in Ordnung. Der Gastgeber und seine Lebensgefährtin sind sehr freundlich und nett. Einziges kleines Defizit ist für Gehbehinderte die Bodentreppe, macht die tolle Lage am Pillnitzer Park und Schloss aber wieder gut, muß man halt die Zähne zusammen beißen.

Super Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss eines Privathauses in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Im Sommer könnte es warm werden, aber wir fanden es zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr angenehm. Insbesondere gefiel uns die Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, (wobei wir nicht gekocht haben, kann daher nicht über alles urteilen). Für 2 Personen war es sehr großzügig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Nähe zum Schloss Pillnitz, Nähe zur Elbe mit Fähranleger, Bäcker und Lokal ebenfalls in der Nähe: Mit dem Fahrrad perfekt. Obwohl wir aufgrund des Verkehrs spät kamen, gab es die Möglichkeit in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Ich könnte mir gut vorstellen, nochmals dort einige Ferientage zu verbringen, da es viel zu erleben gibt: Mit dem Auto ist die Sächsische Schweiz gut zu erreichen.

Ferienwohnung Dresden-Pillnitz beim Winzer

Ich kann die FW unbedingt empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war überaus freundlich, die Wohnung entsprach genau der angegebenen Beschreibung. Auch das unkomplizierte Entgegenkommen des Vermieters bezüglich einer Änderung des Anreisedatums ist hervorzuheben. Alles in allem ein unbeschwerter Urlaub, Dresden sowohl das Umland sind auf kurzen Wegen leicht zu erreichen. Der Stadtteil Dresden-Pillnitz ist ein bemerkenswerter Ort, außerordentlich attraktiv, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind teilweise sogar fußläufig zu erreichen.

Tolle Lage gegenüber von Schloss Pillnitz

Die sehr saubere, aufgeräumte Dachgeschoss-Wohnung ist geräumig, hat eine kleine, aber freine Kochecke, ein passendes Schlafzimmer und ein tolles Bad mit Dusche und Eckbadewanne. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig, und man kann wunderbar auf dem Balkon sitzen. Besonders schön ist die Lage gegenüber dem Schloss Pillnitz und der Elbe. Nach hinten blickt man auf den Weinberg. Mit dem Bus, der in nächster Nähe hält, kann man nach Dresden oder nach Pirna fahren. Dadurch ist man schnell sowohl in der Stadt als auch im Elbsandsteingebirge. Da Pillnitz am Stadtrand von Dresden liegt, stört auch nicht so viel Verkehr. Rundum: eine tolle Ferienwohnung für Erholungssuchende, die sich sowohl in Dresden und Meißen ansehen wollen als auch in der Sächsischen Schweiz wandern oder klettern wollen.

Septemberurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und nett eingerichtet. Supersauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal für einen kombinierten Wander- und Besichtigungsurlaub. Sowohl Dresdens Innenstadt als auch die sächsische Schweiz sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Sehr netter Vermieter!

Wohnen beim Winzer

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Da wir am Ankunftstag ziemlich früh dran waren, bekamen wir zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit einen Spätburgunder ausgeschenkt. Ein toller Ausgangsort für diverse Aktivitäten, wie Radfahren, Wandern, Städtebesichtigung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet, wunderbar der Balkon zum Frühstück oder ein Glas Wein.

Schön gelegene Fewo sehr nah zu Dresden

Relativ große Dachgeschosswohnung mit nettem Balkon in kleiner Wohneinheit. An den Weinbergen im Grünen gelegen, nur die Durchgangsstrasse ist bei ungünstigem Wind zu hören. Quasi fast am Park Pillnitz, sehr nah zur Elbe und auch zu Dresden. Alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

angenehmer Aufenthalt in Pillnitz

wir haben uns in der großzügigen fewo sehr wohlgefühlt. Für uns war es ein guter Standort für Radtouren und Wanderungen in die Umgebung. Ein wunderbarer Balkon mit Blick auf die Weinberge und gepflegte Vorgärten und beeindruckend vielen Vögeln. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einziges minus ist nicht die fewo selbst, aber die nahe gelegene Straße. Mich (Städter) hat das leise, aber dauernd vorhandene Geräusch der Autos manchmal gestört, meine Begleitung jedoch nicht. Insgesamt würden wir wieder buchen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, in optimaler Lage für Ausflüge nach Dresden und in die sächsische Schweiz.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche und der Ferienwohnung geniessen können. Es ist alles vorhanden, was der Alltag benötigt. Bis auf kleine ferienwohnungstypische "Besonderheiten" in der Küchenausstattung, gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und man kann sich daher gut von den Tagesaktivitäten erholen. Schloss Pillnitz in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Weinberge in direkter Nähe laden zu Aktivitäten ein, ohne großartige Anfahrten Unternehmen zu müssen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Urlauber, die sich nicht zwischen Dresden und der sächsischen Schweiz entscheiden können (...oder wollen).

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Pillnitz. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und gepflegt. Kinder sind willkommen. Die Vermieter und Untermieter sehr freundlich. Sogar Kaffee für den ersten Tag war da! Klasse und vielen Dank!
