Long family weekend

We chose this house because of the upgrades, spaciousness (3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths), location and availability for parking. It is centrally located between downtown St Pete and the Gulf, which is where we split our time while we were there. We had a jet ski in tow and were able to park it in the private, fenced in back yard instead of in the street which seemed to be the only option for most rentals in that area. Check in was super easy. No need to contact the owner for any issues or needs. Loved morning coffee on the front porch in the hammock!
