This cabin is beautiful and the only thing I found that wasn't handy was no Kuerig for my favorite coffee. Other than that it was a 10 out 10! We will be staying again!

Wedding Weekend

Came to East Tawas for a wedding of a friend. This cabin was perfect for our weekend as the service was in East Tawas and the reception in Oscoda. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Great location for peace and quiet and also for scenic runs to the state park and into East Tawas.

The property was just a skip and a hop north of E. Tawas in a quiet neighborhood. We even had two young deer bound through!. Some rain and fog wasn't really a detriment--we shopped downtown, had a choice of great places to eat, and enjoyed a drive out to the state park. Our cabin was clean and cozy.! Lovely stay.

Wonderful stay!

A lovely rental with perfect easy beach access! This neighborhood is a gem with its private sandy beach, which is very child and family friendly. Lon was fast to communicate, and responded to any needs we had. There are two twin mattresses in the loft, but with no railings up there it was not quite ideal for a 6 or 10 year old…the drop a little too scary as a parent. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need for a week away. The air conditioning really helps keep the humidity out of the space! We will definately return to this sweet cabin!

Cute cabin , good location

I could not get lock box open , and had to get help. It was drafty and my bedroom window opened in middle of night and it was very cold . I will seriously explor other options

Carol, I do apologize for the issues you had with the lockbox. I will be looking into it, this is the first time I had a complaint about that in the several hundred guests we have hosted. It will be addressed. I see the issue with the window in the bedroom. Looks like the prior guest had busted the lock off and it went undetected. This has already been repaired and will not be a problem in the future. Thank you again
