Private elevator entrance to spacious 5th floor condo less than a quarter of a mile from the beach. 2360 square feet of living space, including two palatial lanais with water views includes use of the communal pool, workout room, and grills. Master bedroom boasts canopy king-sized bed with spacious bathroom, private toilet room, and twin sink vanity, as well as his and her walk-in closets. Adult guest room has a queen bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet. The bunk room sleeps four comfortably and has a full bath three short paces down the hall. Every bedroom has a walkout lanai.
The updated, open kitchen is a perfect place to cook your fresh fish and produce from the many local fish markets and the unsurpassed farmer's market.

This is a fantastic property that felt luxurious and comfortable. It is a great location...walking distance to the ocean/brach. The pool is wonderful and it is fabulous to have access ro the firness room. The owners are great to work with.

Awesome Marco Condo!

Enjoyed 5 weeks at Micah and Jennifer’s beautiful Marco Island condo. We have stayed at several other locations over the years and this was by far the best. The hosts made check in and out very easy and the condo was well supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo property was beautiful and the pool was outstanding. Would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.
