Le logement etait trĂšs salĂ© a notre arrivĂ©e poil de chien partout dans l'appartement mĂȘme dans le placard a vaisselle Toile d'araignĂ©e et araignĂ© morte le logement aurait vraiment besoin d'un dĂ©capage et non d'un simple nettoyage. La litterie est a revoir L'aspirateur a l'utilisation dĂ©gage une forte odeur trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Les rideaux ne sont pas trĂšs maniables du coup obligĂ© de fermĂ© par l'extĂ©rieur Le fais de rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s a une agence qui est en plein centre ville oĂč il est difficile de se garer n'est pas pratique. J'ai appelĂ© l'agence qui s'occupe du logement qui est sĂ»rement juste un intermĂ©diaire pour faire par de mon mĂ©contentement on m'a juste dis qu'il ferait remontĂ© l'information...

Persönliche Daten mĂŒssen mehrfach eingegeben werden, Kontodaten mĂŒssen auch mehrfach eingegeben werden, Überweisung erfolgte dann dennoch separat --》ZeitaufwĂ€ndig und fragliche Datensicherheit. Hat zwar alles geklappt, aber der online Buchungsvorgang kann vereinfacht werden.

Septembre 2020. Couple 50-60 Bien sans ĂȘtre trĂšs bien. Hors saison et en promo: bon rapport qualitĂ©/prix. Bien placĂ© Ă  quelques Km de DINARD sans les inconvĂ©nients de parking Ă  Dinard centre. Parking privĂ© extra. Un peu bruyant mais chambre et jardins Ă  l'arriĂšre donc pas de problĂšme. Equipement correct mais pas internet. J'attribue 7/10

PiĂšces spacieuses et bien agencĂ©es. À noter, la proximitĂ© du littoral (300 mĂštres d'une plage). Insonorisation Ă  amĂ©liorer. Occultation des baies vitrĂ©es difficiles, voire impossibles Ă  mettre en Ɠuvre ( barres de rideaux non adaptĂ©es aux anneaux des voilages). Nettoyage succinct Ă  notre arrivĂ©e !!!

Distances indiquĂ©es sur l'annonce entre la location et les commoditĂ©s et loisirs trĂšs loin de la rĂ©alitĂ© (plage du PrieurĂ© 450m sur l'annonce mais en vĂ©ritĂ© 1,5km et de mĂȘme pour le mini golf et centre Ă©questre etc...) Il aura fallut s'armer de patience pour fermer les portes lorsque le temps est humide. Les interrupteurs de l'appartement sont mal placĂ©s, pas pratique entre la lampe de chevet de la chambre et l'halogĂšne du salon
