About this property

Modern furnished house for 6 people, right on the water - WiFi !!

Welcome to our modern holiday home on the IJsselmeer. The house is located in the bungalow park Zuiderzee directly behind the dike in the beautiful town of Medemblik. The oldest town on the Ijsselmeer coast with 3 harbors invites you to linger through its cosiness and picturesque backdrop.
Our house with its 3 bedrooms on the upper floor can accommodate 6 people. A bathroom with shower is also on the upper floor.
The modern living room offers an excellent view of the garden and the jetty through the glass front. The living room is adjoined by the open dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a guest toilet and a storage room with washing machine on the ground floor. In the garden, 2 terraces invite you to sunbathe. Then you can enjoy the cool 'wet' from your own jetty.

There are also a variety of sports and leisure options. A modern swimming pool, tennis courts and playgrounds are integrated in the park. In a few minutes you can reach the sandy beach. The recreation area De Vooroever, the cheese city Alkmaar or Amsterdam are not far away.

A few details minor details were lost in translation of the listing, but the host was easy to work with and helped us get settled. Very beautiful clean, comfortable home in a charming city. Only minor hiccup is that it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we needed to bring our own dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, tissues, toilet paper and garbage bags. Overall, a great experience.

Wir haben an diesem idylischen Ort eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Betten sind traumhaft. Der kleine Garten lädt zum verweilen ein oder einfach, um auf das Wasser zu schauen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief reibungslos. Wir können diesen Ort in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage *****

Vom 1. Tag an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Bad scheinbar neu, insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Wir empfehlen auch das Boot (oder alternativ) dazu zu buchen, denn vom Wasser aus erreicht man viele schöne Orte und kann die Natur erleben. Wichtig: die Treppen in diesen Häusern sind sehr steil mit kleinen Trittstufen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, reagiert auf Anfragen sehr schnell und ist hilfsbereit. Sonstiges: die Menschen in der Region sind sehr sehr freundlich, fast jeder grüßt, das hat uns beeindruckt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicherlich zurückkehren (freuen uns schon darauf).

Tolles Haus .. tolle Lage .. super schön

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben. Einfach schön!! Die Treppe nach oben ist wie überall in Holland etwas steil .. aber mit etwas Übung geht es :-). Terrasse mit Möbeln und großem Sonnenschirm ausgestattet .. so kann man den Urlaub genießen zu jeder Uhrzeit! Es waren sehr schöne Tage .. danke!

Erholungsurlaub am Wasser in der Natur

Das Häuschen hat eine Toplage in einer Ferienhausanlage im Grünen. Durch das zu mietende Bötchen ist man schnell noch weiter in der Natur oder in der Stadt. Der Nähe Strand ist sauber und ruhig. Getränke und Toiletten vorhanden. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt bei sehr netten Vermietern.

Super Lage

Die Lage ist absolut hervorragend. Das Gebäude an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht, dass es sich vom Baustandard um ein reines Ferienobjekt handelt. Die Küche ist aber der Hit und es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht für die Familie zu kochen. Der Treppenaufgang zu den Schlafräumen ist so steil, dass dieser für kleine Kinder und ältere Menschen sehr viel Gefahrenpotenzial bietet. Insbesondere, da hier ein rutschiger Teppich verlegt wurde. Für die richtige Zielgruppe aber ein tolles Ferienhaus.
