Welcome to our holiday home on the IJsselmeer right on the water.

We offer you a newly renovated (2019/2020) holiday home for rent. Read exactly what awaits you below.

Our house is right on the water. You can moor your own boat here or rent a boat. You can also fish from the in-house jetty. You can reach the IJsselmeer and the sandy beach, or the beach café with a direct view of the IJsselmeer in about 3 minutes on foot. The place Medemblik is about a 15 minute walk away.

living room
Make yourself at home. In our living room you can expect great ceiling lamps (over 16 million Colors adjustable) with lighting effects for every mood. Whether fresh green, cool blue, romantic red or another color according to your wishes, you have it in your hand.

Of course, a flat screen TV with a connected DVD player is also part of the equipment, as is a Technics stereo system. For big and small children and of course all adults, there is also an Xbox that is just waiting to be used by you. You can find instructions on how to use it and lots of other interesting information in our tenants area on our website. Of course, you will also find a basic set of board games, as well as selected books.

You can make yourself comfortable on two black leather couches or the two leather armchairs. It can be endured here. No matter whether after a great day at the beach, a shopping tour or just to relax during the day, after all you have a vacation and should feel good all round.

kitchen
In our new and fully equipped kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. You don't have to wash the dirty dishes by hand. Simply use the integrated dishwasher for this. A dining table with space for up to 6 people is available. In addition, as in the living room, you can adjust the ceiling light according to your individual mood. You will be enthusiastic!

A gas stove with 4 hobs, a spacious worktop, fridge with freezer is available. Of course you will also find a selection of pans and pots as well as plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.

For many of our guests at least breakfast includes good coffee and / or tea. We have provided a coffee machine and a kettle for you. In addition, we always try to provide you with basic coffee, filters, spices, etc. However, we cannot always guarantee this. However, this basic equipment is often supplemented by guests when something is used.

bedroom
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with 2 single beds, which can of course be put together if necessary and then act as a large bed. Since we also use the holiday home ourselves, we placed great emphasis on the mattresses. So you should feel comfortable and be able to spend a quiet night. Our bedrooms should invite you to rest and cosiness. We deliberately avoided disturbing media such as TV and radio in the bedrooms. Your relaxation is paramount here.

bath
Our spacious daylight bathroom is also on the upper floor. Here you will find a shower as well as a toilet. There is enough space here, even if you want to use the bathroom together.

Guest bathroom
There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor. This is equipped with a toilet and a sink with mirror.

Storage room
There is a washing machine in the storage room on the upper floor, which you can of course also use. After all, you should feel as comfortable here as in your own home.

Exterior equipment
Our house is right on the water. From the living room you have access to the garden. No one is neglected here, regardless of whether you want to fish from the hotel's own jetty, take a dip in the cool water, or simply sit down on one of the garden loungers or one of the chairs. Decide for yourself! Of course, there is also a table outside, so you can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner here.

You can also use our two canoes and two bicycles, which are also available.
