Pretty quiet and sunny T3 villa. It has a bedroom on the ground floor at the rear on the north side and another upstairs on the south side, both furnished with a 140 cm bed.
In the hallway to the living room, there is the staircase (which goes up to the bedroom upstairs) and the bathroom with bath, washing machine and toilet.
The living room is furnished with a non-convertible sofa, a table, chairs and a pine cabinet. The terrace is south facing.
