Located on the east end of Galveston Island, Beachtown is one of the few areas in the South where nature is making the beaches wider - gaining more than three feet every year.

Located at Beachtown, this townhome has a reverse floor plan where the living area is on the top floor. The plan allows for maximum views from the main living area for all to enjoy! You'll see views of the Houston Ship Channel as well as the Gulf of Mexico. This townhome has three-bedrooms and three full bathrooms including one king bed, one queen bed and a double over double bunk bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa.
Several porches and outdoor seating areas are available to enjoy outside. This townhome has a large enclosed area for multiple cars. It is a short walk to the beach entrance. If you are an early riser you are sure to enjoy the sunrises!

Great Stay

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes. This beach was private to the neighborhood, so that was amazing!! We would definitely stay here again.

A Good Time was Had

This is a very nice property. Roomy and well appointed. Everything in the condo worked and the beds were comfy. The people are friendly and communicated well. The location is actually very convenient since you are out if the traffic issues on seawall. However, if you can't do stairs do not come here. Everything is up long flights of stairs. This is a place more suited for adults than children. For example, you must drive to the pool. The development, while very nice, and neat, doesn't seem to be growing like they planned. We were warned the "construction is a fact of life". It wasn't. Some parts are in need of repair. The beach access, for example is somewhat run down and getting overgrown. Our biggest problem: mosquitoes. They were everywhere in swarms.

Great location!

Our family loved our short getaway at this property. The house is truly beautiful and they had a great gift for us when we arrived. It is just a short walk to a very peaceful beach. Perfect for our family and just a few short minutes drive to get anywhere. Only suggestion I would have is to make sure to pack bug spray, the walk to the beach is over a protected wetland and the mosquitos were crazy. None were on the beach, only the wetland. That being said, we would definitely stay here again.
