My daughter and I had a great stay. This location was great and within walkable distance to shops & restaurants; about 12 mins walk to Antibes train station which we used frequently. The property itself had everything we needed! Beach towels and sun cream were provided which was a plus! I really appreciated the water in the fridge after a long journey. The only downside was carrying suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, but that is a given in the area. The air conditioning worked well in the main area and fans provided for the sleeping areas. The beds were comfortable too. We got to meet the owner one morning and he was just a nice in person. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for our stay!

My daughters and I spent 2 days and nights in Antibes at Pascal’s flat. It was perfect! The flat is small, but had everything we needed. Pascal was the perfect host! He turned on the AC prior to our arrival so the flat was cool and inviting. He also stocked the fridge with beverages which was so wonderful. He is a great communicator ,which made everything easy and fun. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic apartment in the middle of it all.

The apartment was fantastic! Clean and well appointed. I stayed for an extended period and had everything I needed to be comfortable. The apartment is close to the main squares, restaurants, the market, and shops. Just a short walk from a sheltered beach, the train station, and all the main dining and nightlife areas. Pascal was incredibly kind and helpful and set the apartment up with everything I needed. I would absolutely stay there again, and will recommend to all my friends.

ancient Antibes getaway

Very nice place, but pack light! Especially if there is more than 2 of you. It felt like a charming dolls house :) my husband is a big guy and the loft sleeping area didnt work for him b/c of low slanted ceiling. But, nice recent re-model everything is new and upgraded and works well, especially the Air Conditioning which was a BIG bonus, being there in a heatwave. Location was perfect to wander Antibes old town, but also easy 5 minute walk to the local shuttle Place Guynemer) to the train station and major bus routes (Poles D'exchange) we learned that on the fly and it was super helpful, we did Mougins & St Paul de Vence on public transport which was quick easy and cheap. Pascal's communication was attentive and helpful every step - very on top of things! Altogether a great stay, highly recommend.

Beautiful Apartment!

This place is immaculate and perfectly located for Antibes and the harbour. It is not huge BUT it has been designed perfectly to accommodate 5 of us (two adults and three children) and the interior is gorgeous - it has all you need and the owner is SO helpful. We will be staying again definitely. The children loved it, so did we. Thank you Pascal x
