Stunning Condo on the 4th floor, overlooking the sugar sand beach and sparkling pool on Holiday Isle in Destin.
Enjoy the breath-taking view from your private balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico! Watch the dolphins during the day or gaze out at the stars while listening to the waves in the evening. The pictures you see attached is your view from this condo balcony!

Can accommodate sleeping 3 - 4 guests with a comfortable king bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. Granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, new Smart HD TV’s with Roku and cable in both the Living room and bedroom. WIFI throughout the condo. King Size Bed and a washer/ dryer in the condo. Coffee maker, blender, toaster and well stocked kitchen to make things a little more like home.

Our amenities such as the BBQ pavilion, beach, pool, spa tub, tennis courts and shuffleboard are available to you to enjoy anytime. You can also take a relaxing break under our amazing beachside pavilion with new BBQ grills and plenty of tables for your dining enjoyment all while looking at the waves and beautiful beach.

Condo is located on Holiday Isle. Centrally located in Destin, with nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and the Harborwalk. Catch the seasonal fireworks over the harbor or a water taxi to enjoy the many restaurants and attractions! Fireworks every Thursday night and Holidays from Memorial day to Labor day! Plenty of fun and relaxation for all!

Great vacation.

The location, condo and weather were all great. Great mix of people ranging from families with small children and some younger singles and older folks. Will definitely recommend and go back myself.

WOW!!!

This place was the best spot in Destin! It was a quiet area with gorgeous views! The place was exactly what the pictures showed but even better in person! The beach chairs were a huge bonus. We were shocked with how many dolphins we saw from the balcony! Couldn’t have asked for a better, well kept place with views! Paul was quick to respond with any needs! HIGHLY recommend!

The good, the bad, and the ugly

The good: great location on the beach and wonderful view of the water (close enough to hear the waves crashing) The bad: the apartment is definitely smaller that the pics make it look like The ugly: the condo had some renovation done (bathroom tiles?) and in spite of what the owner said (we did message him twice), it was definitely not cleaned properly (some white dust still on floor and walls) amongst other places. The owner was definitely not very helpful (even a bit flippant in his response) which was disappointing given that he is listed as a “premier”! My wife ended up cleaning the bathroom completely. Also, the bed sheets did not seemed to have been cleaned (found 5 hair when we first went to bed).

Great location!

The condo was exactly as advertised and the property was overall very nice. Loved having the awesome view of the Gulf and the pool. Condo was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Only thing that would have been nice to have would be a couple of board or card games. We had rain half of our stay so playing a game would have been nice. And perhaps do something about the bed being so high? It was very comfortable but a little difficult for my short self to get in and out of. Not a deal breaker at all though. Lots of storage for personal items in the bedroom and bathroom. Overall a great bargain at the price - would definitely stay again.
