We propose to you to the rent, in Leucate, this charming apartment with sea view, at less than 100 meters of the beach, of a surface of 27 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation facing South, East is composed as follows:
- A living room of 21 m² with TV and sofa bed (double). There is no Wifi access.
- An open kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, cooking plates, washing machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony facing South-East, of about 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the magnificent view.

For even more comfort : barbecue, fan, iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Leucate, in a very pleasant and quiet environment surrounded by individual houses. A pine forest touches the residence Copa Cabana with umbrella pines, very pleasant in summer, you can also enjoy a moment of relaxation with squirrels that can come directly eat nuts in your hands. In front of the residence you will have access to a promenade along the waterfront. There is also a magnificent view of the Pyrenees at the back. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Walk along the beach (4 km of beach joining various beaches like Port-Leucate, Bacarès...) as well as in the pine forest.
- Aquaparc for children nearby with swimming pool and slides for children.
- Relaxation on the beach or water activities: sailing, diving, paddle, boat rides.
- Visit of Leucate : Port Leucate, Grotte des Fée, little train, hike to Cap Leucate, the shellfish center, Leucate Village...
- Discovery of the Vermeille coast, the Pyrenees and a trip to Spain.
- Accrobranche, gym, Aqualande, Casino at 2 km.
- Visit of towns and villages around : Les Corbières, La Palme, Fort de Salses, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan...

- You can park directly on the private parking outside, numbered, secured by a barrier.
- Nearest train station: Leucate-La Franqui (15 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Perpignan (23 minutes by car).

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Pets accepted on request, extra charge: 5€/night/pet.
- The accommodation does not have Wifi access.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
