You will enjoy a house with communal swimming pool in a secure residence under video, private parking 1 space.

It consists of a living room with T.V orange channel as well as internet included, sofa bed, room and living room open to a fitted and equipped kitchen (Electric oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery for at least 10 people.

2 fridges/freezers).

For your comfort, a dishwasher and a washing machine!

A bathroom with a spacious shower refurbished in 2024.

A separate toilet refurbished in 2024.

To keep your nights cool, each room is equipped with air conditioning!

Ground floor: 1st bedroom (double bed) storage shelves, with a TV (Orange Connection).

Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (double bed) with chest of drawers and cot (umbrella).

3rd bedroom (double bed. Mezzanine for 2 people) with shelves
storage space.

Outside, a beautiful terrace out of sight, a porch, a 2 electric plancha grills are at your disposal, a teak table for 8/10 people, 2 deckchairs and electric blind, an electric palm under the porch to refresh you.

La location est toujours impeccable. L accueil et les conseils de Patricia sont parfaits comme la communication avec la propriétaire. Une amélioration par rapport à l année dernière un salon de jardin très agréable au retour de la plage.Location à recommander

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour La maison est très bien placé dans un joli cadre ,la piscine est propre et très grande. Dans la maison tout est prévu pour une famille les appareilles de cuisson et de ménage ainsi que tout les appareilles électriques sont très complets l’environnement est calme. Nous recommandons cette location . Un grand merci à Patricia qui nous a bien reçu et bien renseignés un seul mot MERCI pour cet excellent moment

Le séjour était parfait

La maison est parfaite pour les vacances en famille, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y vivre confortablement et cuisiner à souhait. La maison est au calme, la voiture dans un parking sécurisé, la mer à quelques minutes à pied. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Je recommande !!
