We are renting out (minimum 2 nights) a beautiful, very functional 40-square-meter apartment that was completely renovated in late 2022. The apartment is fully furnished, equipped, decorated, and connected (Wi-Fi, TV). Perfect for one or two people looking to explore Angers (voted the best city to live in!) and its surroundings.<br><br>Location: in a private outbuilding adjacent to our home (a former 14th-century residence) in Belle Beille, very close to the city, in a prime location surrounded by nature, next to the Saint Nicolas pond—ideal for walks or jogging. The perfect starting point for a getaway in Anjou!<br>The layout is as follows:<br>- Ground floor: a beautiful entryway leading to the living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, sink, and various storage spaces). No washing machine or dishwasher. Separate toilet.<br>- Upstairs (stairs, no lift): bathroom with shower, sink, storage, and heated towel rack. Separate bedroom equipped with high-quality, modern bedding (160 x 200 cm mattress) and a walk-in closet.<br>Guest access:<br>- Access to the garden (2,000 m²), with tables, chairs, and outdoor furniture available on sunny days.<br>- Free access to the indoor pool (solar-heated), available only during the summer season (May–September).<br>- Free parking space for ONE vehicle. Secure bike storage available upon request.<br>- You have access to the entire property. We’ll welcome you upon arrival whenever possible based on our schedule; otherwise, you may check in on your own. Check-out is self-service.<br><br>Location:<br>In Belle-Beille, a very quiet area surrounded by woods thanks to the nearby Saint Nicolas pond, close to universities and shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and shopping centre). Located 10–15 minutes from city centre and the train station.<br>Amenities:<br>All linens are provided (sheets, bath towels). TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer.
