Our stay in Sophies place was excellent! Her place was clean and was as the pictures indicate. Great location as it was close to restaurants in Grand Case, the beaches at Anse Marcel and Orient Bay. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is in the apartment and unlike other reviews on this site, we did not hear a peep from the neighbours or through the walls, noise was not an issue. Communication with Sophies was excellent an she responded quickly to any enquiries we had. The view is great, AC worked perfectly, the only negative I can think of is that it is on the third floor and there is no elevator but for us that was not a problem. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Our stay at Sophie’s apartment was a delight! Everything was thought of from the moment we stepped in the door. Communicating with Sophie prior to our arrival was a breeze and she was also available throughout our stay to give us recommendations of where to go! All the amenities in place made it easy for us to cook meals. The location was perfect and convenient close to the supermarket and beautiful beaches! The view of Orient Bay was spectacular and it was nice to wake up to the sunrise. The overall building lacks a little bit of love and as mentioned in other reviews, you could hear the neighbours through the walls. This is the only negative thing I would have to say otherwise everything was perfect.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines chez Sophie et Pierre.La communication avec Sophie avant notre arrivée a été très facile ainsi que tout au long de notre séjour pour nous donner des informations diverses.Le logement est vraiment très agréable avec une vue splendide sur Orient Bay, il très bien équipé et spacieux, le grand lit en mezzanine est super confortable et l'ensemble de la décoration génial. La climatisation était la bienvenue ainsi que la piscine en fin d'après-midi.Un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait.La plage se trouve à 8 mn à pied. Quel bonheur !L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter l’île en voiture et à proximité des commerces pour les courses.De plus, nous avons eu tous les jours la visite d’un gentil et bel iguane sur la terrasse Merciiiiiiii

Studio-Wohnung mit Kompromissen aber schönem Blick

Simple 1-Raum-Wohnung im Haus am Hang mit abenteuerlicher Zufahrt. Die Gastgeberin vermietet wohl nur notgedrungen, hätte lieber alles privat genutzt: Viele Stauräume sind bereits vollgestellt und verriegelt. Kompromisse, denn für 4 erwachsene Personen nicht optimal: Kein 2. festes Bett (aber das war bekannt). Eine gefährliche, schmale Stiege und der laut knarzende Boden der oberen Schlafgalerie: Alle werden wach im Raum, wenn einer nachts ins Bad muß. Kopf anstoßen im Gebälk inklusive. Egal, denn die Tür zum Bad ist ja eh eine offene Lamellenkonstruktion: Da hört jeder live die Toilettengräusche seiner Mitreisenden. Die große Bodenspalte unter der Haustür lädt allerlei Insekten ein, die Bewohner in der Wohnung zu besuchen. Das Mobiliar ist spartanisch, wie der Mini-Esstisch mit seiner zu kleinen Kunstoffplatte und den 4 kleinen, unbequemen Metallstühlen.Die große Ikea-Küchenmöbelzeile ist der Beanspruchung der touristischen Nutzung nicht gewachsen: Türen und Fronten hängen zum Teil lose herum.Der No-Name-Geschirrspüler reinigt das Geschirr nicht sauber. So fanden wir es auch von unseren Vormietern in den Schränken z.T. verschmutzt vor, das war ekelig. Es gab da scheinbar keinen Check vor unserem Einzug. Frech ist die Kommunikation: Miese Reinigungsleistung bei Übergabe, unprofessionelle Nachreinigung. Nach unsrem Auszug beschwerte sie sich über den für sie zu niedrigen Preis für 31 (!) Tage. Das Geld hat sie aber dann doch gerne und lang im Vorraus genommen. Schade.

Seul chose a dire c est qu'il n y a pas d ascenceur....il a 3 étages et on n'est pas informé. Tres mal isolé on entend très bien les voisins.

L’annonce mentionne explicitement que nous sommes « au 3 eme et dernier étage » et nous n’avons pas coché la case « ascenseur » dans les commodités, puisqu’il n’y en a pas. Mais pour être encore plus explicites nous allons modifier notre texte en rajoutant « sans ascenseur » en toutes lettres. Navrée que vous ayez cru qu’il y en avait un. Super séjour

Logement très bien équipé. Adapté pour vivre et travailler Belle vue Piscine très sympa Seul bémol ce n’est pas très bien isolé, on entend les voisins mais heureusement qu’ils étaient plutôt calmes !

Très beau loft avec vue imprenable sur Baie Orientale.

Bon séjour, principal point négatif: des moustiques continuellement qui nous ont communiqué la Dengue...

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayiez passé un bon séjour malgré l’épidémie de dengue qui sévit toujours dans les Caraïbes et à St Martin en particulier, situation sanitaire contre laquelle nous ne pouvons malheureusement rien hormis prévenir les vacanciers, ce qui a bien sûr été fait.
