The host was extremely responsive with messaging and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the layout of the house, lots of space. However, the house was beat up. Holes in the walls, carpet is filthy, living room furniture dirty/stained, linens were old/dingy and didn't look clean. Cockroach found on the pool table. For the price we paid, I expected more cleanliness. The information was sent to the host, and I believe they will make changes.

Great for a large group.

This property holds everything for all ages. Plenty of comfortable seating. Great beds. Nobody in our party of 20 felt like they got the "bad" room because everything was just super nice. Would highly recommend and go again.

Enjoyable experience

We loved the home. My only complaint was I had a hard time getting ahold of the owners. I tried to use the VRBO messanger but they would not reply, once I got a correct number it still took 5 days to hear back. But the home was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great property

Very clean, and in a great subdivision with two pools with hot tubs, and water slides. The hot tub at the property was great after our rides. Access to shopping was good and it was quiet at night. Really enjoyed our staY and we will be back.

Family gathering

Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and also several areas for cozy gatherings. The upstairs deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee. We are excited to come back for future gatherings!

Perfect with a few glitches

The home was beautiful! The main floor TV and theater room never worked (either no internet or not remotes that worked). Checking in the cleaners were still there but very nice, one toilet was clogged and needed maintenance, and the BBQ was a dreadful mess. There wasn't a welcome book (or email) with instructions which made it a little harder.
