Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen

Positiv: gute, ruhige Lage bei Stumm, nette Vermieterin, gemütlich eingerichtet und bequeme Betten Negativ: die Ausstattung ist noch optimierbar mit Dingen wie Schere, Handtuchhaken im Bad, Toaster, Wäscheständer und super wären auch Insektenschutzgitter, Feuermelder und hellere Lichtquellen. Die Dusche könnte neue Fugen vertragen und einen härteren Wasserstrahl.

alles da, was man zum Wohnen brauch

zum Skibus nach Kaltenbach sind es 300m. Speiselokal in Laufweite vorhanden. Es gab nur wenige mini- Mängel: im supergroßen und beheizten Skikeller lagert gleichzeitig auch der Biomüll, was man auch riechen konnte. Die Beleuchtung ist allgemein etwas dürftig, das Warmwasser in der Dusche war schwer zu regeln und lief nur spärlich.

Wohnbereich ganz hübsch, aber es fehlt einiges

Das Apartm. ist hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine sehr gute Lage zu den versch. Skigebieten.Toll ist der Trockenraum für das Skiequipment. Der Kontakt mit der Tochter des Hauses war sehr nett bei Ankunft. Nicht gut war der Zustand der Matratzen, die stark durchgelegen waren und die Ausstattung der Küche (nur kleine Töpfe mit Deckel, die großen nicht, kein Toaster, dafür 2 Wasserkocher etc.) Zudem kein WC-Papier! Hätte man drauf hinweisen können bei Ankunft am Feiertag.

die Wohnung war sehr feucht, man konnte kaum wäsche trocknen, weder im Bad noch auf der Toilette gab es einen Handtuchhalter oder einen Haken um ein Handtuch aufzuhängen, die Geschirraustattung war einfach zu wenig, für 2 Kinder gab es gerade mal einen Kuststoffbecher, die Eingangstür klemmte, sie war fast nicht zu öffnen, das Sofa kann man einfach nicht als solches bezeichnen, es war ein ungemütliches, hartes Etwas.Das Radio hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert.
