Lots of charm for this 27 m2 studio on the 3rd floor with lift in the central district of Les Halles. Thanks to 3 large windows, it is very bright and, not overlooked, it overlooks the beautiful Place des Innocents.
It's made of: A main room with a 140*200 cm bed, an armchair, 2 chairs, a coffee table, a table-counter with two high chairs, a dressing room, a wifi internet connection. TVHD
A modern kitchen open to the living room with fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook and eat, and a washing machine. Several storage spaces.
