Vista Grande Vineyard Guest Suite welcomes you. Enjoy this quiet country retreat in the heart of the Chehalem Mountain American Viticulture Area. We are a working five acre vineyard featuring Pinot Noir grapes. Take in an impressive four mountain view of Hood, Adams, St Helens and Rainier. We are conveniently located near other local wineries such as Ponzi, Raptor Ridge, Adelsheim, Potters and Avidity to name just a few.

Great Room in Wine Country

Wonderful place and hostess! It was exactly what we needed for a weekend away in wine country. Plenty of vineyards within a short drive to visit, along great food options in nearby towns.

Beautiful home and property!

This property is gorgeous and very close to downtown area where you can find restaurants, shops, coffee, and wine tasting rooms. There are also so many wineries to chose from in the immediate surrounding area. Beautiful mountain views as well. We were so impressed with everything this had to offer!

Great little room, great hosts, and a great property. Take a walk in the vineyard, enjoy the breeze, and drink some wine. Hosts were awesome and friendly.

Quiet Getaway in Wine Country

Communication with host was easy. Single room, kind of like a loft, on a beautiful property (probably more so on sunny days!). Everything was comfortable and included everything I needed.

Perfect location

The location was central to our activities we planned for the weekend. The property was beautiful and relaxing.The bed was very comfortable. I loved how our host thought to have cold bottled waters to keep us hydrated along with some snacks for energy.

Amazing view

Great above-garage apartment in wine country with amazing views of Cascades, foothills, and vineyards. This location is out of the way, so it was very quiet. Hosts were kind and welcoming. Apartment stocked with snacks and water. It is a lovely place to stay just a few miles from Newberg.

We loved our stay! The view was breathtaking, the entire property was safe and inviting, the host and hostess made us feel welcomed and at home. The bed was comfortable and the home was clean. Nice setup in wine country

This rental has everything you need plus some extras. It's clean, comfortable and in a unique location. The view from the property is really great - Mt. Hood plus three of the Washington volcanoes can be seen from here.

Just Perfect!

We loved staying here! The apartment was just the right size, very clean and just the perfect location for us to spend my birthday weekend wine tasting. The owner Kate had the kitchen stocked with everything we needed including water, cheeses and snacks. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in wine country.

Amazing location, space, and view

Perfect property, appointed with snacks, water, and everything you’d need for a weekend stay. Location is unmatched for morning runs, winery visits, and restaurants at night. Will definitely be back soon! They also have an amazingly friendly cat, dandelion, who roams the property!

Beautiful Views

The property has a beautiful view. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. A beautiful scenic drive to and from the property. One downfall is the view is not from the apartment. Only window is a sliding glass door and it looks out to green but not the valley. Still would recommend as the hosts were kind and accommodating and we were so busy site seeing we didn’t spend much time inside!

Beautiful Location

Katie & Doug are amazing hosts. Katie met us when we arrived and was in communication on when we would arrive. She checked in on us each day. Also, provided an umbrella for the deck because the sun was so bright/ warm. The vineyard is beautiful and enjoyed walking through it. There are lots of wineries nearby; Katie also mentioned some too. Also, not far from Portland & Salam. On our last day we enjoyed a wonderful conversation with Doug. I would highly recommend staying here.

Breathtaking Views and Relaxing Atmosphere

The hosts and this hidden gem will not disappoint you. My husband and I took much need a long weekend get away from Spokane. We had the most amazing weather and enjoyed the views of all 4 mountains while enjoy a bottle of wine we bought from a new winery the hosts told us about and it was not far called Avidity. They have a lovely spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with some little breakfast treats the hosts provided in the room, as you look out at the vineyard. In the evening we had bought some steaks and used the grill the Hosts provided down by the little pond and had a relaxing dinner. I had to do a little bit of work and a zoom call, the Wi-Fi provided excellent access and a great little work space to spread out. We will be back again in the summer, it was just what we needed and now our Oregon go to place!

Incredible!!

It was grand - all amenities plus ones we never expected were over the top. You thought of everything (including a bandaid!) and then some! The bed was so comfortable, the furnishings lovely, and the shower was great! We can’t say enough about your place and the care and details you thought of for your guests. And then there was the outdoor space! Beautiful vistas of the vineyards and a wonderful bench to sit on under wisteria vines in bloom. Magic! We could not have been more spoiled in such a beautiful setting. We hope to return next year again and stay longer to explore more of wine country. It was the best respite for us between family visits and we thank you so very much!
