**Newly updated patio and dining space** Private Portland Suite with studio layout and luxury bathroom. 5 minute drive to downtown Portland, bars, restaurants, & attractions. Easy access to freeways for day trips to wine country, the beach, or Mt. hood.

Tastefully renovated suite is in a prime location for both travels to Downtown/East Side Portland & Beaverton/Hillsboro.

Beneath our primary residence, consisting of a King Bed, 50" Smart TV, Wet Bar (with fridge & coffee maker), Luxury bathroom with a full sized Tub and separate Stand up Shower & Heated Floors, Full Wireless Internet, Desk, Black out Blinds.

Guest access:

Guest will have their own private driveway and a private fenced sitting area outside the unit.

Great place to stay for 1-2 people and in a nice neighborhood in the outer Portland area. Had everything I needed in the space with a small fridge and kitchen items. Hosts are very responsive a accommodating.

Great and Comfortable Stay

We throughly enjoyed our recent stay. After a 12 hour drive we were ready to unwind and relax. I enjoyed the large soaker tub -my favorite part of our stay.Our room was clean, comfortable and the pictures online were very accurate. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience! Thank you Everand

Memory Lane

Very nice. We enjoyed the patio. We felt the studio apartment was decorated nicely. The bathroom was large and very modern (even had a heated floor). The owners were available if we had questions and concerns. The only suggestion would be to have an ice maker.

We had a very relaxing stay here. It was quiet and peaceful. The bathroom is stunning. Another review mentioned something about a smell, but my husband and I just thought it smelled cleandefinitely recommend over staying at

portland getaway

All windows are totally sealed up so there is no ability to have fresh air unless you sleep with the door open. Also, owners have control of the thermostat so you have to call if you need it adjusted. We did not end up staying there (though paid the first night) because of this issue.

Perfect quiet location

This property worked perfectly for me. Very central area. Beautiful mother-in-law’s apartment. Private and spacious. I will definitely rent here again when I am in Portland.

So well appointed.

It’s so nice to stay at a property that has a high quality mattress, pillows and bedding because so often this is not the case. I slept so soundly. The beautiful soaker tub was so nice to sink into on cold, wet days. Plus, the shower had a powerful water flow which was also appreciated. The radiant heat under the bathroom floors was a treat too. I felt the owners thoughtfully created creature comforts in a city that can be wet & windy. So enjoyed my stay.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the awesome water pressure in the shower!! :) The neighborhood is very nice. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Portland.

Wonderful

We had a fantastic experience staying here. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and the apartment has its own off-street driveway. The fenced-in courtyard area is very peaceful, the entry is flat and easy, and the inside is clean and beautiful. Just like everybody else says, the bathroom is awesome. Really big and nice lighting. We were there in the summer, so I can't say on the heated floors, but I'm sure they are great in the cooler months. Thanks so much for a flawless stay!

Nice little basement hideaway

Pretty easy to find and get into. Outdoor area could use a few little repairs but nice and private. We did hear kiddos/people upstairs and piano playing a few times, but wasn’t disruptive at all. Opened the door a few times to get the musty smell out after being gone a while…it did get hot and was very muggy outside while we were there. Hideaway stayed cool and was very comfortable overall. Perhaps some new chairs by the table, those were not comfy so we didn’t use them. Great communication and would definitely stay there again!! Bed super comfy and shower was great too. :)

Excellent…. but.

I absolutely loved it. There are simply some small quirks. Every night around 9-ish and then again a little later, it sounds like something is trying to crawl out of the kitchen sink. It must have something to do with the pipes. You are also below a lived in house that has Littles. You can hear them walking around, but they are Littles and go to bed early. When you first walk in, it has that musty motel smell, they should ditch the carpeting in the bedroom. Better pillows and mattress would be nice. I would absolutely stay here again! The bathroom is amazing. The only other comment I have is about the website. It asks you how long you need the place for. I stated the 22nd through the 27th, meaning, I needed to sleep there the 27th! But I got booted as someone else booked the room for that night. It worked out just fine, but there was a moment of panic when you are coming from the other side of the country. The other issue with the site is, that it is very difficult to get a message to the owners. It gets you in these loops of clicks that take you nowhere! I can’t tell you how many codes I requested before I just gave up and got a message through by pretending to be a new customer.

This was the perfect location for hubby and I. Clean, comfortable, accommodating. Easy check in/out. I’d love to come back in the summer so I can enjoy the outside sitting area. Defiantly would stay here again. Great communication! Thanks!

Great communication from the host and great location. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to get downtown. The rental is a studio style room with a small kitchenette area but we didn’t plan to cook. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The property was accurate to the listing and it included a lot of great amenities. The space was very clean, other than a few stray hairs stuck on some towels, and the AC vent in the bathroom could use a little wipe down. Check in and check out was very easy and the host was very specific in their instruction on how to locate the property and how to enter. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets provided. You can hear the residents of the main house walking around upstairs which is not an issue if you’re exploring around Portland during the day, and it was very quiet after about 8p. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend away and a wedding in the area. Rather than being in a noisy hotel we were in a nice quiet neighborhood with a beautifully prepared separate entrance. Definitely staying here again, if we can, when we're back in town.
