We ask you to use the provided dog sheets (lower left drawer) on the bed and couch to minimize the impact for our next guest. We have a gate on the entry pathway. Please leave that open unless your pet is out back. If you are inside, please leave the gate open so our dogs may use the yard in the morning.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Functional hooks on walls in multiple places was appreciated. Very nice fenced yard. Host was a little rude when I texted to tell him we were bringing a dog but couldn't find the place on the booking to mark that. No biggie, got it figured out. The front of the unit smelled vaguely like a cat litter box. Overall a nice stay for a short trip.

Over 600 5 star reviews over various platforms and this was the 1st mention of a smell. We apologize and will do our best to mitigate any such odors
Easy parking, great food within walking distance. Easy communication with the owner. I would consider if you have pet allergies as they are dog friendly.
Everything was great! The host was very responsive and went above and beyond for us. We were able to get a late check out which helped a ton and there were many extras that we really appreciated. Coffee provided (thank you!), dog bowls, sheets to cover furniture for the dog to be on (we've stayed in many rentals and never have seen that -- what a nice touch!), and all the small amenities that made it feel like home. Street parking was easy and the neighborhood was great. We needed a place to stay between a work event and a fun weekend, and this apartment was perfect! The yard was even better in person and our dog loved it! Definitely recommend this place and we'll stay again when we're in PDX.
The place was stunning! I am going to have to decorate my house similar to theirs. The place was so clean and all our needs were met. The owners had dogs who greeted us as we arrived. Our 11 month old Ausie loved their place and the backyard was perfect for our pup to run around. We did not use the washer/dryer but we could have. We plan on going back as we visit our son a couple times a year. Just loved our stay!
Great spot in a great location, check in couldn’t have been smoother, the host was so nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable - great for 1-2 people and a dog, it was also great to have access to the yard for my dog. I would absolutely stay again.
Host was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to arrive a bit early and leave late, if needed. They had snacks and children's books for our kiddo, which they were very excited about!
The studio apartment was clean and everything we could want was there for us. Our host Art was very kind and helpful. Great place to stay, clise to lots of activity to check out!
