Studio-style 1bed/1bath with gas fireplace, full size kitchen, 2-headed shower.
Queen sized bed. Fold out sofa.
Gas stove, dishwasher. Washer/dryer.
WiFi. Smart TV to access your Netflix, AmazonPrime, etc.
ADA toilet, 32" - 36" doors, and only a couple low steps.

Located in Portland's Alberta Arts district, and less than a mile from the Williams Avenue & Mississippi Avenue areas.
Easy access to the Oregon Convention Center.
On TriMet #6 bus line.

Please Note - this is a basement apartment with 6'8" ceilings. Some areas soffited at approx 6'2".

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bed/Bath - Start a load of towels & sheets. - Use Delicate cycle, warm, medium spin. - Laundry detergent is under the bathroom sink. It's a high efficiency machine, so a little goes a long way.
Kitchen -Empty compost into the outside bin and put the container in the dishwasher. -Load & start Dishwasher *Settings: ProWash on, Heated Dry off. - Soap is under kitchen sink.
General -Make it obvious if something has been used (so we know to clean it). Let us know if anything is broken, missing, used up, burnt out, or needs batteries. -Log out of anything on the TV.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Burning, Vaping, or Smoking of any type. No storage, prep, or cooking of seafood (I learned the hard way that the smell lingers everywhere)
For check out: - Strip bed and start the washer with bed linens & towels. - Pre-treat any stained items with Zout and leave in bathroom

Outstanding! This is the 5th year we have stayed here, and we can't think of another place we would rather stay in Portland. The location is perfectly located between the airport and the central core, which includes downtown, the Convention Center and the Moda Center, a sports and concert venue. It's in a quiet neighborhood and there are numerous restaurants and food carts within walking distance. Our host, Leslie, is super accommodating and makes sure that supplies such as laundry and dishwasher soap are available. You can't go wrong staying here while on a visit to Portland.

This is a basement apartment and that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It's the perfect place for 2 people who are going to be out and about most of the time. The bed is super comfortable, there are lots of nice thoughtful touches (coffee beans and coffee grinder provided). And the location is wonderful. Short walk to Alberta Ave. where there are lots of food trucks, restaurants and neat shops. Thank you Leslie and Vince for a wonderful stay!

The Perfect, Cozy Little Stay!

I absolutely *adore* this spot! Located just far away enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and peaceful, but you can walk (or talk a quick car ride) to all things Portland you need to do! I particularly loved the furniture throughout the space (I need to find similar pieces for my own place), the incredible fireplace, and the simple but perfect layout. Worked great for me on a solo adventure, and I think could work good for a couple as well! No doubt, I'll be returning the next time I need to be in Portland!

Leslie was so welcoming and responsive! This was the perfect place to stay- so close to Alberta Street and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants. This was hands-down the most functional, well-thought-out short-term rental I’ve ever stayed at. Every single detail has been considered, from lighting to drawer organization to clear labeling of every light switch, shelf, and amenity. It made everything so intuitive and easy to navigate, which really helped me relax and feel at home.The hosts clearly take pride in offering not just a place to stay, but an experience of comfort and ease.
