Superb 3-room apartment, modern, located on the garden / pool level of a beautiful Provencal villa, in an idyllic setting in absolute calm in the middle of greenery and only 10 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Cannes and close to everything (sports activities, walks, shops, motorway).<br>The accommodation<br>An exceptional setting and location that is both quiet in the middle of greenery and at the same time close to everything.<br>The apartment is modern, with a beautiful fully equipped US kitchen.<br>Functional and tastefully decorated.<br>2 connecting rooms separated by a door.<br>Separate shower room with 2 sinks.<br>Large private terrace in front of the apartment on the ground floor for outdoor lunches and dinners and savouring the sunset.<br>Swimming pool with sunbeds and green areas to share with the owners.<br>Children's games available: football and cage, basketball hoop and ball, trampoline, punching ball, pool inflatables, children's bowls, molky..<br>All facilities 2 minutes from the house: supermarkets, bus with direct access to Cannes, tennis, pony club, football stadium, children's garden, country walks, cycle path, shops, direct motorway...<br>1 parking space inside is reserved for you.<br>We live on site above so we are at your disposal whenever you need anything.<br>An arrival and provision kit: sponge, new, product, dishes, tablets, dishwasher, 1 rubbish bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, bed linen, a bath towel and a hand towel per person, some basic coffee shortages.<br>People who do not match the person who booked, will be refused. (We have RBNB agreement)<br>Traveller access<br>Cannes Mandelieu motorway exit, direct access 5 minutes from the exit. Our house is located in the middle of a cul-de-sac and a parking space is reserved for you.<br>Shops (supermarkets, bakery, newspapers, petrol, ....) everything is less than 5 minutes away by car. You can also get there easily on foot or by bike....<br>Cannes is 15 minutes away, as are the beaches of Cannes/Mandelieu
