A bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

A parking space is available within the residence.

Linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided. Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment at the end of their stay.

An end-of-stay cleaning service is available for €60 (please specify at least 48 hours before arrival).
A linen and towel rental service is available upon request (please specify at least 48 hours before arrival).
