Spacious and comfortable air-conditioned villa of 200 m2 with large swimming pool in CENTER Corsica. <br><br>Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, this location will allow you to shine throughout the Isle of Beauty.<br><br>The house is located in the village of Ponte Leccia close to all amenities (super market, pharmacies, doctors' surgeries, restaurants)<br><br>It can accommodate 9 people. <br>3 bedrooms (two beds 140 and one bed 180) each with their own private bathroom and toilet, <br>2 communicating rooms (a 90 cm bed and a 140 cm bed) with adjoining bathroom and toilet,<br>A large living room, <br>A kitchen open to the dining room. <br><br>Beautiful outdoor space:<br>Large terrace with dining table, <br>BBQ and 2 garden furniture,<br>By the pool you will also find deckchairs,<br>A trampoline and a table football.<br><br>Weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday depending on availability.
