This old barn of the family property was converted into a villa in 2005. In a large park, planted with fruit trees and amenity, fenced, with private parking. The owner lives nearby. It consists of 4 bedrooms with bathroom or individual shower. The pool is landscaped with a teak beach.
it also includes a shaded terrace especially reserved for meals, and a solarium terrace equipped with sun baths. Daily housekeeping is available upon request.

Die Unterkunft hat Charme und eine traumhafte Lage mit schönem Bergblick von der Terrasse – oft begleitet von kreisenden Rotmilanen. Das Haus ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen: Investitionen scheinen nur dem Erhalt gedient zu haben. Teilweise starker Abflussgeruch (besonders in der Küche) minderte den Komfort, und die Betten waren deutlich durchgelegen – hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden.Beim Auszug gab es Stress: Der Vermieter verlangte per SMS, Betten abzuziehen und Müll zu entsorgen. Da dies in den Vertragsunterlagen nicht stand und wir die SMS zu spät lasen, stellte er 100 in Rechnung. Die Kommunikation empfanden wir unglücklich – ein klarer Hinweis im Vorfeld hätte Missverständnisse vermieden

Un magnifique endroit

Une semaine en famille dans cette très jolie maison, très agréable à vivre avec une vue splendide. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. La terrasse où l'on prend son petit déjeuner en regardant le soleil sortir des monts, et le soir devant un bon vin "Renucci" en contemplant les couleurs du coucher du soleil. Le village est très mignon bien que sans approvisionnement à part le pain, et une auberge a ne pas manquer : "Osteria U Mulinu". Quant à la région, une infinité de lieux a découvrir et de choses à faire.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war wie in der Beschreibung. Es war sehr urig und die Zimmer sehr schön. Leider sind die Esszimmerstühle sehr unbequem und im Küchenbereich ist roch es etwas muffig. Wir hatten leider viel Regen, wofür natürlich niemand etwas kann, konnten auch nicht auf die Terrasse sitzen, da nur eine durchlässige Plane über die Sitzgelegenheiten gespannt war. Es gab nur 4 Tassen für ein Haus für 8 Personen. Die Parkmöglichkeit war abenteuerlich . Wir hatten Probleme die 4 Motorräder dort am Hang zu parken. Bei schönem und warmem Wetter hätten wir sicher auch den Pool genutzt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und schöner Aussicht

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche mit 2 Familien. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten- 4 Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad. Schöne Terrasse, Pool, toller Blick auf Feliceto und die Berge. Zum einkaufen muss man weiter fahren. Eine Wanderung fängt ein paar Meter neben dem Haus an.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool

Das Haus ist sehr schön, hat vier etwa gleich große Doppelzimmer, eine guter Küche, eine schöne Terasse und einen tollen Pool. Es ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen und das ist auch der einziger Nachteil: nach Calvi, L'île Rousse und zu den sehr schönen Stränden muss man immer etwa 25-30 Minuten fahren..

Très bonne semaine

Très belle vue, bel emplacement, chambres confortables, chacune avec sa salle d’eau. Maison qui garde la fraîcheur même en cas de grosses chaleurs, ce qui est très appréciable! Une toute petite remarque, les équipements de vaisselles sont un peu sous estimés. Mais rien qui était susceptible de gâcher ce très beau séjour!

Charming village location

Very nice outside areas choice of sitting/eating places. Pool fantastic and having wonderful views a great place to spend time relaxing. Villa very nice but. As we were a group of 8 adults we found the kitchen a little too small and lacking workspace. Probably fine for families though. Bedrooms comfortable and air conditioned a bonus given the heatwave. We had a fab time and enjoyed our stay there

Idyllisches Feriendomizil mit besonderem Charme, sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin, inklusive Willkommenskorb. Die ehemalige Schäferei liegt abseits der Touristenströme in einem idyllisches Bergdorf. Von hier lassen sich zahlreiche Wandertouren realisieren. Das Gebirgspanorama hat uns täglich fasziniert. Ebenso die luxeriöse und geschmackvolle Ausstattung der Unterkunft. Sonnenliegen am Pool, Bettwäsche, Handtücher stehen genügend zur Verfügung. Ein sehr sauberes Feriendomizil, dass wir nur weiterempfehlen können. Nicht ohne Grund sind wir zum zweiten Mal Gäste dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Merci beaucoup
