Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The pictures in the listing don’t do justice to the stunning view, idyllic location and impressive size of the property. The children particularly loved the swimming pool. We only had problems using the barbecue which requires some maintenance. We would happily stay here again.

Très belle maison au calme à 5 minutes de la plage. Paysages magnifiques, jardin entretenue et tout le nécessaire disponible pour passer d'agréables vacances. Piscine pour barboter en fin de journée tout en observant les rapaces, incroyable !

Appréciation

Villa magnifique et confortable bien située et au calme. Idéal avec des enfants en bas âge car beaucoup d'espace,grand jardin bien entretenu et piscine sécurisée. Bien aménagée, plancha, barbecue,terrasses, plusieurs coins repas extérieurs.... Seul bémol, il faut revoir l'aménagement de la cuisine qui a un peu vécu ( lave vaisselle,micro onde et grille-pain plus performants) Sinon, merveilleux séjour un peu trop court hélas

De belles vacances en famille

Nous sommes conquis par la maison et son emplacement. Tout était parfait. Très bien équipée ! La piscine sécurisée parfaitement pour des vacances avec des enfants. Un jardin magnifiquement entretenu. Des personnes très sympathiques et disponibles. La plage a 5 minutes et la maison idéalement bien placée, nous avons pu faire Calvi mais aussi St Florent. Merci beaucoup nous reviendrons.

Un moment hors du temps

Beaucoup d'espace, une vue sublime sur les montagnes, un calme quasi-total, une maison pensée pour y vivre (pas uniquement le temps d'une location de vacances), et des hôtes attentionnés et attachés à cet endroit : une pause magnifique, qui a facilement conquis les 3 générations qui s'y sont côtoyées pendant ces 2 semaines.

Havre de paix grande maison beaucoup dépendances autour de la piscine magnifique paysage

Schönes Haus mit herrlichem Blick

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool. Herrlicher Blick; komplett umzäunt, daher ideal für die Mitnahme von Hunden. Leider war die elektronische Öffnung des Tors (per Telefonnummerneingabe) nicht möglich. Ein zweiter Handsender wäre gut gewesen.

Great Corsica experience

We were a fairly large group of nine including two very young children. The house is very functional and could have accommodated a larger group comfortably. Everything in the house and on the property is well thought. The pool area us impeccable. The location is breathtaking overlooking magnificent mountains and close to the wonderful Lozari beach.

Superbe

La villa est très bien située, à 15 minutes du port d’île rousse. Calme absolu, le coin piscine est très agréable. Tout l’équipement pour cuisiner est disponible dans la maison. Seul point négatif, il y a énormément de guêpes, ce qui empêche de manger dehors le midi. Merci à la personne qui nous a accueilli pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Magnifique villa au cœur des montagnes de Balagne

Entre mer et montagne, au calme et avec une vue époustouflante, cette villa permet de se retrouver entre amis. La piscine est superbe, le jardin magnifiquement entretenu. Terrasses, plancha et barbecue au top. Merci à l’équipe qui nous accueille et qui est aux petits soins pour nous : Marie-Rose et Roseanne! Un attention particulière pour Sebastien et ses histoires passionnantes! Merci pour ce spectacle merveilleux des milans! A noter, les plages des environs sont magnifiques et accessibles rapidement.

A lovely week in a lovely villa

We were 2 families of 8 people and spent a wonderful week at Villa Occhiatana. The villa was beautiful and very well equipped with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Very peaceful yet within easy drive to L' Ile Rousse and Calvi, and also for a drive into the mountains. Thank you very much for letting us stay.
